5.0 out of 5 starsMy 14 year old grandson has been very creative with this pen. The pen has temp control and a lever to “cut” the flow of the plastic for precision. It’s very good quality with good features, and still affordable for beginners. My Grandson used up the plastics that came with the pen in a few hours, so I recommend purchasing more color plastic strips to go with the pen. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this pen.

3.0 out of 5 starsBought this for our daughter for Christmas of 23, end of April it is officially clogged and she can no longer use it. We tried unclogging it to no avail.

5.0 out of 5 starsMy 9 years old he was sooooo happy with it! The medium produces a somewhat of a messy looking art piece. I think with practice it will improve! The pen was super easy to use! The heat settings are great. I felt safe letting my responsible 9 year old work with it. I do absolutely recommend the heat matte too! You’ll be happy you did!

1.0 out of 5 starsPerhaps we just got a faulty pen. The online review are amazing however we never got the chance to find out. It clogged the second filament touched the tip. We used the test filament that came with it. We have used 3D pens before with zero issues. Had to return it 😭

5.0 out of 5 starsMy daughter loves to create and this pen surely helps the imagination flow. I’m super excited to see the creations she makes and while it doesn’t come with a lot of filaments in the package, buying some additional is fairly cheap.

4.0 out of 5 starsI have been using 3d print since the Cube. Back then it was tough, but self leveling and heated beds were still the future. This pen is that year’s technology in your hand, and a little more. The Cube was a single (PLA) filament bed slinger with a glass bed. The head was prone to clogging, you needed to be in the right room temperature, too cold and the base layer wouldn’t stick through the print and corners would shrink. and other things. Prints failed often. I wish I had this back then. This printhead can do everything that old $1,400 Cube and adjust the head temperature and feed speed. I could have saved so many prints. As far as the clogging head, all you need to do is buy CLEANING FILAMENT and use it. Cut the feed and run 2 or 3 inches of it to clear the unused feed after every session. You won’t have a problem.

3.0 out of 5 starsI really wanted to love this. It seems to print things out well enough but the issue I had was that it just got too hot and I couldn’t stand the burnt plastic smell. I know that there are settings on this 3D pen but if I put it on a low setting the plastic wouldn’t come out so I would pretty much have to put it on the either the highest setting or a setting close to it to get it to work. The burnt plastic smell was horrible and I decided to return it.
