I like power and size of this microwave and how it performs very much but the panel on front with settings can’t be read without a light shining on them. Never experienced this with any former microwaves but I keep a small flashlight nearby so I’m keeping it. Also haven’t tried the Wi-Fi with it because I don’t have Alexa but it’s usable without. So can’t really give that stars because I just don’t know.

First one was tossed by Amazon delivery guy and damaged. Amazon swapped it out no problem. Microwave works well. Never could get it connected to internet/Alexa. That was the main reason for purchase. If you want it to cook your food, you’ll be happy. If you want to use it through Alexa, you may not be happy.

The microwave was smaller than what I thought it was going to be. It’s perfect though. Works as it should and heats food quickly! It has a blue tooth hook up but I have used it. You can scan barcodes with your phone and it cooks to the directions.

Se me hace difícil configurarlo con Alexa

it’s a microwave … the clock works!

I needed to find a smaller microwave to fit in the shelf of our new home but I was spoiled by my GE over the range ovens/vent fans that I had installed in my last three homes. This is a smaller model of those ovens and I love it! It also has smart features but I have not found a need to use them yet.

I bought this on October 4th. Today it started sparking and smoking. I may be unlucky compared to everyone else lol. I was using it as I usually do, to heat up food. No I was not using tin foil or anything out of the ordinary.

Little bit louder than I’d like but that’s okay. I was really hyped about the WiFi function but there’s really not that much to it. Great size and works great though. No complaints other than the noise level but it is a microwave so maybe I just got super lucky with the “quiet” one I had at my old apartment.

I like that it is a smart microwave

Very nice microwave works great a little complicated to hook up. Took awhile but I got it. To work with Alexa.

This is the 3rd smart microwave I’ve tried and finally this brand works great with Alexa perfect for folks with diminished sight.

I bought this to replace an Amazon Basics one I bought 6 years ago for my home office. Works well and I am very happy with it. Be aware that you will have to setup the GE software first for it to work Alexa, but once it is setup there is no issues using Alexa.

Great smart microwave. Sized exactly as stated. Fits perfectly in my space!

I am visually impaired and got this microwave for the Alexa functionality. Nearly every device in my home is smart. Alexa is a godsend for the blind. I am severely disappointed here. Alexa constantly says “sorry, microwave isn’t responding.” I often have to repeat the command 2 or 3 times to finally get her to activate the oven. When it works, its great! The Alexa stuff is severely unreliable. If you lose power, it deletes the microwave and you have to set it up again. The mixrowave is good, the alexa is badly underdeveloped. Updates are desperattely needed

It doesn’t worth it for the price

After four months it started flashing and “END” message and stopped working. Unplugged and rebooted–same result. Not even worth repairing–too noisy and cheap.

This microwave is a good size and looks nice. As some of the other reviews mentioned, it is loud — both the door closing/opening and when it’s warming food. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to warm food all the way through. Almost every time I take something out, it’s still cold on one side or inadequately warmed for the amount of time it was in. It’s a bit frustrating but I’ve come to expect this is how it works, so I know I’m going to have to warm something up a few times to get it to a decent temperature.

This is exactly as described!

Was hoping to be able to easily manage kitchen timers via Google Home, but you can only turn them off — not start them via voice.

It works fine. Haven’t tried out the smart feature but probably will. Wish it were a bit more powerful as our last one was.

It’s not bad….its quiet..like the app notifications…it would be nice if the touch panel lit up…but I guess i should talk more to🤷🏿♂️
Julie Smith –
It is extremely noisy. Wish we would’ve returned it.
Lynne L. –
Was perfect for our usage but…out of the box noticed it rocked corner to corner. Call GE customer service… the legs are not adjustable. Packed it up and returned.

So I’ll start with the good.It seems to work pretty well for heating. It heats up everything and quick. So it does do what you want it to do. That’s a good thing. Now for the bad:It has wifi. WHY? Why do we need wifi on a microwave? Oh it alerts me when it’s done. So does the beep. Are people using this feature? Are they running it for like an hour and leaving the house? What the heck is this for? What people are doing this? I feel like a Seinfeld episode right now. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? The wifi is annoying. It let me know that the coffee cup I put in there there to heat up for 30 seconds was done. UH … no. I removed the app and removed the microwave from the connection to my internet asap.Second issue and this is super annoying. The glass plate that goes round and round on these plastic flimsy wheels continually goes off track. Everything I put in there is flopping around. I have pulled out the glass plate and reseated these stupid cheap wheels many many times. So many times in fact that I am considering getting rid of this thing and getting something that doesn’t do this. And I can’t just remove the glass and the cheap plastic wheels, because then there is no real flat surface to set things on in there. So buy at your own risk. And don’t connect it to your wifi, unless you are cooking like a turkey and heading to work and need to be notified by phone that it’s done.

We bought this for my blind parents to use with Google nest. It works great. Very basic for heating water for tea or coffee, tv dinners, pot pies and reheating pizza.
