1.0 out of 5 starsPretty sure the printer i got was used it had dust on the screen, the hotend leaked all over and took hours to try and clean and i kept getting a hotbed error when i tried to print anything. Also found a broken part on the cable above the nozzle. I actually tried to see if it would work the screen had the protector on it so i thought maybe it was just dusty but no I’m pretty sure it was a used item. I’m going to go with the Neptune max i think sent this one back

1.0 out of 5 starsI purchased this printer in Oct 23. It is 4/16 the printer is still under warranty. AnyCubic support is horrible. I have been trying to get the parts I need to repair the printer since 4/2. DO NOT purchase from AnyCubic. SUPPORT is HORRIBLE. I have three of the Kobra Neo 2. Within 4 – 5 months the printer will start having major issues.

5.0 out of 5 starsMy son had some obsolete Lutron keypads with missing keys that had broken off because the plastic had gotten brittle. The keypads were no longer available, so I measured the key slot dimensions with a digital vernier caliper, ordered this 3D printer, assembled it, printed one of the test models to make sure it was working, designed replacement keys using Tinkercad, sliced the model using the Anycubicslicer, and printed the result. Remarkably the first replacement key I printed worked pretty well. Then I refined the model several times and ended up with a perfectly usable collection of replacement keys, which would be tougher than the originals and able to be inserted into the keypad from the front.I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do all of this in about 2 days while visiting him, having never had anything to do with 3D printers before. The printer precision was adequate for printing these very small keys, which had 0.1mm latches to hold them in the slot. When I tried to print multiple of the keys at once, I had to adjust the bed temperature up a bit to prevent them from coming lose from the bed. Also, I had to take into account the layer building process when designing and deciding how to orient the part model so it would print successfully. But, although there was definitely a learning process, I thought is was very cool that I could, starting from zero, successfully print a small custom replacement part in just 2 days.

1.0 out of 5 starsbeen trying since receiving the printer in September to get it to print. The first week the head that came with it broke. Replaced it and 3 weeks later another broke. The software itself is locked even though it is Marlin (which is free). Even now I cannot get it to print at all. Reached out to “tech support” back in October or November and still haven’t heard back from them. DO NOT PURCHASE

1.0 out of 5 starsPurchased unit; not my first 3D printer but different brand that I had. Setup unit (assembled), followed the instructions in the book. Issues calibrating. Googled searched for possible issues, watched YouTube video’s as well; none of the “Fixes” worked. Reached out to tech support. Have yet to hear back and its been a week so far. Returned unit; purchased a different brand.

1.0 out of 5 starsSo as soon as I receive this printer it would shut off mid print everytime ,and I submitted a ticket providing my amazon info ,no response .So I kept on running the printer doing small prints that took less than a hour to finish, more tickets no response. At the time of this review 15 tickets and no response and printer won’t even do small prints without it saying hot end anomaly and shutting down. I purchased this printer mostly for the speed and large print bed but I would have been mother productive keeping my ender3 and cutting up all my prints .Point is if I could give this no stars I would have but I would but like to warn all potential customers to stay away from this model and this company in general

1.0 out of 5 starsPrinter will print small objects perfectly. Don’t try to use it for what it is supposed to be made for…..big objects…..it is horrible… I tried to print 3 different prints that were all 30+ hour prints. It did the same thing everytime. Print fine for 20 hours then fail. EVERY SINGLE TIME. starts printing in mid air. Tried different filament….same, tried different model….same….tried re calibrating….same. nothing you do would change the outcome. After 70 dollars of wasted filament I finally decided to return the machine. Don’t even bother trying to contact their customer service. The only way to contact them is email and the system u are forced to use is just as bad as their printers. At least creality has a phone number u can call.

1.0 out of 5 starsI was gifted this product about a month ago. They ordered it from here for my birthday, today I wake up to print out some spacers and now my printer doesn’t work. I turned it on, heated it up for PLA, and10 minutes later while it was heating I recieved an error, “nozzle temp abnormal”, went through the procedures that are stated on the website help forum, ordered a new extruder with nozzles, and nothing. It’s been down for several weeks now, I was planing on ordering several of these printers for a small farm. Now I need to look for BETTER printers. Help, send a replacement, something?

1.0 out of 5 starsYou will spend more time fixing it than actually printing.Broke down 3 times in the first 30 days in the middle of printing and wasted almost 3 full rolls of filament and now (Per the online troubleshooting) I now have to disassemble half the machine to fix the irregular temperature issue it has now! Will not print anything until I do… Do not buy!Spend a little more money and get the Bambu printer!

5.0 out of 5 starsI bought this because I always thought it would be cool to print in 3D.and i also bought it because it was so cheap. But there’s a difference between cheap and low cost ausome items such as this. I know nothing about 3D printing and out of the box simple 20 min build. I let I sit for a week before taking the plunge. It is so easy there’s sites out there that do all the work for you. You simply paste a file on the sim card put it in the machine press print. Don’t watch how too videos except maybe the unboxing&set up videos or they will give you so much information your head will explode if you like me never 3D printed. The printer itself. It’s so easy. I’ve been printing none stop since I figured it out. The main complaint now after using it for a month is its a clogger! I wish they included more than one but there’s a blue bowden tube that inserts in to the hot end nozzle. Why they chose too use plastic in such a critical area is beyond me. But it will clog. So brush up on the tear down of the printing head.

5.0 out of 5 starsI’m no professional printer by any means, but in my opinion is a really good printer, got it for a really good deal, amazon deals are really good, i had a old 3d printer that i had, leveling it was a pain almost after 3 to 2 prints having to relevel it was a pain, had to 3d print parts for it, only for it work a bit before problems Occurred again, but this printer, its something else, auto leveling makes it so much easier to set it up for prints small to large, it cleans out its own nozzle and even tip, Small interface but easily understandable, easy adjust while printing, Print really quick with good quality on base settings, i like to slow it down by 25% for better prints which is still pretty quick, and overall a amazing printer, with the way we insert the filament and how the cords function, wont get in way of 3d prints and less hassle with PLA.

5.0 out of 5 starsSome of the instruction steps were already done so I got confused putting it together. Once assembled and used, I instantly fell in love. It comes with white filament. We made a few starter projects and can’t wait to try more.

3.0 out of 5 starsSo out the box great printer prints perfect and fast after a nozzle issue and pfte tube replacement with ones that came with the printer it will not print like it did out the box since I’ve replaced the nozzle and tube it’s been off only conclusion after emailing support and back and forth is a warped bed. After a month but for the price I can’t be mad. It’s a good entry level printer but troubleshooting and leveling after a repair or swap is bad take it as you will
