Lock is really well made and it’s honestly pretty cool to just use your finger print to unlock it. I feel like I’m so fancy lol. It’s not really heavy at all and for use on my bike it’s the best size for all locations to lock.

I contact the company but they were trying to solved the issue by asking questions about the lock but now they stopped texting back and there is no phone # to call them. Very disappointed.
Amazon Customer –
hard to lock it up if there are other bikes on the rack due to the small size of the lock

I’m using it on a double driveway at my place. We have a mother in law cottage that we rented and all told we have 5 adults coming and going daily using permanent eKeys that I sent them through a text messages on their phones. I get a log with who open what at what time which is nice just in case I ever need iit. Additionally we can send visitors an ekey that will expire after one use or in a set amount of time and I dont have to change a lock combination after or chase people down that didn’t return their physical key: Been using it for about 6 months and have had zero issues with it. The battery has lasted the 6 months as well it still has 40%. Winter is coming so I brought it in to charge and lube in. preparation for the 9 months of rain of rain we get every year here in Washington State. I’ll update on how it holds up to winter in a future post. If you have multiple user this is a l great inexpensive option.

It is a very typical U lock! It was exactly what i expected it to be. Smart futures are working pretty fast.

Wow. I was wondering why there was no high-tech u-locks like this, that worked with your phone and your fingerprints. And I found this!!I had many experiences of forgetting keys and having to go back to the house late to work, and also sometimes I lost the keys which made the job very complicated. With this lock, I don’t have to worry about anything. It is so so so convenient!!!!I don’t know how safe this lock is, but it seems very strong and I haven’t had any issues so far so it seems great.

It has some issues. But it’s amazing and hard not to love it.Updating my review – omg it’s one of the products that you appreciate more over time.I love unlocking with a finger print. Even more, unlocking with an app in the rain.Thank you

This lock is just perfect. It works just as one would hope a finger print unlocking bike lock would work and so much more. It’s quick and never glitches. Multiple fingers can be stored. Besides my finger prints I use my phone app or the old fashioned key. I can even share my unlocking code with someone (who has also downloaded the TTLock app) so that they can unlock the device also. The sharing can be time-limited. There are only two and a half shortcomings, but they are not significant enough to give this device less than a five star review. Ideally the lock should be larger; I have several U locks & this one is noticeably the smallest. There is no bike mount included (or as an accessory). The half shortcoming is the instructions; they’re not great, but I figured it out in a reasonable amount of time.

After fooling around for awhile, trying to switch to my own fingerprint, I decided to give the Android TTLock App a try, in spite of my not wanting to remotely control the lock via my Galaxy cellphone.Well, duh! Downloaded the App. Linked the lock with Bluetooth. The lock appeared at the bottom of paired devices, as the only one that needed pairing. When I tapped it, my phone told me I needed to go to an app.So, I opened TTLock and the app walked me right through the set up in less than a minute!I easily replaced the generic fingerprint with my own. To check, I touched the scanner pad with the tips of various fingers, but only the one I had set up worked. The lock isn’t even picky about the orientation of my fingertip: up, down, sideways all worked. At 70 I’ve retired from self-employment as The Computer Lady, in which I helped folks with any type of electronic device, really, but mostly PCs.This is yet another experience in my continuing evolution in mastering this tiny computer in my hand. It was, after all with an obscure program buried in an early version of Windows that I first used telephony to call and then later video call a techie friend 2000 miles away. Free. Way before there was Skype came on the scene.

China product and lock doesn’t work as expected. No proper instruction or their customer service doesn’t respond.I bought the lock and had a hard time to reset the lock, app is totally useless

Lock works great! Very fast biometric scan. The app was a little tricky to get to recognize the lock. It once it did, fingerprint set up was quick and easy.I returned the first one in error though. So you don’t make my mistake….the charging port is under the cover with the scanner. The port with the soft rubber cover is for the manual key. 😃

Because of its battery, the lock is quite heavy, so I recommend buying a scooter/bicycle bag. It would make some notice when hung on the scooter’s arm while driving, so I just always keep it in my bag.
