5.0 out of 5 starsA great mouse for the price. A great laser, plenty of customizable buttons, bright multi-color lighting, and not much to complain about. My one major complaint is a matter of personal preference anyway – I typically use mice with a “claw”-style grip. That isn’t really possible with this mouse. It is definitely made for palm-gripping it, with a little extra lateral movement support from your pinkie on the side. It’s a comfortable mouse if you’re palming it though. The software is quite simple but capable enough. It allows you to export/import profiles, so swapping between them is easy enough. Just click the app in your tray -> click “import” -> select desired profile file -> select “apply” to toggle between them. If there are two you find yourself toggling between often, the dedicated button on the bottom of the mouse allows you to hot-toggle between two profiles. Just apply a profile via the software, hit the button on the bottom of the mouse, and then apply a 2nd, and then the button will toggle between these two freely. Of course, you’re able to rebind all of the buttons on the mouse (except the profile switch on the bottom) to whatever you’d like. Keyboard keys, media keys, macros, DPI toggles, etc.The RGB implementation is great, has a few animations to pick from, and can get quite bright if you max it out (though I like to leave it all off). Its lighting is controlled by the application, but the scroll wheel’s lighting is dependent upon the *DPI profile* color under the “Advanced” tab, **not*** the settings on the “Lighting” panel which govern all of the rest of the mouse’s lighting. You can set up to 5 DPI levels to toggle between here, and if you click the colored square next to each of these DPI setting lines, you’re able to set the color of that particular line, and this actually governs your scroll wheel’s lighting color. This allows you to disable the scroll wheel’s light entirely, which I’m sure saves a bit of battery life. The battery seems to last long enough that I only need to plug it in to charge once every few weeks, using it for 5+ hours/day with a 1,000hz (high) polling rate while *not* in eco-mode via the switch at the bottom of the mouse. So I really can’t complain there.A minor complaint about the software – I’ve tried to set the application to open on boot, but the mouse is often asleep when booting, so it fails to detect the mouse when the PC boots up (if you haven’t yet clicked to wake the mouse), which closes the application automatically because no mouse is detected. It seems to keep resetting the polling rate to 125hz on occasion as well. Minor complaints though. There is no horizontal/sideways scrollwheel action btw.

1.0 out of 5 starsThe software doesn’t detect the mouse, on two different computers. Because of this none of the keys are programmable, so it is no more useful than a 5 dollar mouse. Company does not respond to emails. Do Not Buy.

5.0 out of 5 starsA lot of reviews mention lack of software to edit buttons or difficult software to edit buttons. Mine came with instructions to download software from the company website and it works great- I figured it out within like 10 minutes of clicking around and experimenting. You can program any button on the mouse to run shortcuts, open programs, input chains, multi click, etc. I like how the mouse has only 8 buttons and not 12. I’ve tried the 12 button mice and they’re so easy to misinput because your thumb will hit 3 buttons at once. These buttons are big and easily distinguishable to the touch. It’s hard to misclick a button on accident. It’s a pretty big mouse and your hand rests comfortably on it. I’ve been using this mouse for 2 months and will update if it breaks down or issues arise. If there’s no updates to this review then I’m still gaming with it regularly.

3.0 out of 5 starsThe mouse looks nice, the lights are really pretty, the mouse itself feels good in your hand and the Software for it is easy to use and cool, but…. The buttons on the side are WAY too easy to press, everytime I move the mouse to the right I press 2 of them. For other people might like it, it is nice, but I cannot use it. 3/5

3.0 out of 5 starsI am new to MMO mice pi bought this one because I wanted a bunch of buttons to assign to different things. Well you can do that and its not hard. The physical build of the mouse itself while it might work for MMOs okay it’s not that great for games where you have to pick up the mouse to reposition it often in other words first person and third person shooters or most any kind of first or third person game except for maybe MMOs. The plastic finish has almost no grip about it it is slick plastic and it’s kinda difficult to pick up with one hand. I like Reddragon keyboards and I am sure I would really like some of their other mice. I am typing this review on a Reddragon Horus Pro. I Switched to a UltraTechSmart Venus Pro RGB Wireless its a bit more grippy and easier to pick up on with one hand. The sweet spot though for gaming mice still rests with the Logitech G502 Hero and the Razer Basilisk V3 they don’t have as many buttons but whet they do have is easy to reach and the mice are easy to pick up and move reposition if you need to. Also on both the Venus and the Reddragon some of the side buttons can be a little difficult to reach comfortbly. I haven’t tried the Razer Naga with the changeable side panels yet but I really want to. Maybe I’ll get myself an birthday present. 🙂

5.0 out of 5 starsThe mouse works as described but I found out that the RGB doesn’t turn on if you use it plugged with usb-c and there is no option to do it in the software. The rest looks good.

1.0 out of 5 starsA mouse like this is only useful if the software works. The software never recognized that the mouse ever connected. Could not figure out how to get the software to read the mouse on a Windows 10 PC. If nothing works through official methods, your product is useless. Never waste your times on this company and their products.

5.0 out of 5 starsLove the fur of the mouse. I have larger hands and it keeps my fingers from dragging on the pad. The buttons are easy to reach and very nice to have during gaming. I know it’s marketed as an MMO type mouse but I use it for fps and love it. The extra buttons have been great for reload and comms.

4.0 out of 5 starsLike the keypad.. combine it with AutoHotKey to fire macros using mouse controls. The Macro software is real basic and takes some time to tweak to get it working the way you want. Need to use short macro names or it will make them up. the downside is when you try to move your mouse right.. there is a chance that you hit one of those buttons and fire macros when you dont want to. Battery has short life.. tend to keep it plugged in. But Im still using it today.

5.0 out of 5 starsI feel like I should probably start this review by saying that I have TINY, stiff hands… Those being the two main reasons that I purchased the “Redragon M811 PRO Wireless MMO Gaming Mouse”. Some reviews say how large the mouse is, it’s not really. I think some folks are confusing the size of the mouse with it’s weight. While the overall size of the mouse isn’t much bigger than (if at all) a full-sized regular mouse, the weight can give a bit of an odd feeling that the mouse is larger than what it really is. As I’ve said I have tiny hands and I can easily reach all of the buttons. Now onto the buttons! The buttons labelled 1 to 8 have plenty of space between them, so unless you have massive fingers you shouldn’t have too many miss-clicks. As for the two main side-buttons, they’re okay. Nothing special, but they’re not shit either. There’s a tad bit more travel in them before the click than what I would really like, but it’s by far not the worst. Oh! The clicks! All of the clicks on this mouse are fantastic for the price! Every button on mu mouse has well defined clicks, not one buttons sounds or feels mushy. That being said the buttons aren’t whisper quiet either by a long shot, most keyboards are several times louder by comparison. Hmm… I guess I should mention something about the scroll wheel. Well it’s a wheel! There’s nothing too special about it. It feels decent, nothing feels like it’s grating or grinding while I use it and it’s rather quiet. You can still feel some soft bumps while turning it though and it’s got your typical mouse wheel rubber texture. Now there’s something that should be mentioned! Besides the scroll wheel the Redragon M811 PRO doesn’t have ANY rubber on it! For me this is a HUGE plus! Rubber never lasts on a mouse from any brand. Some folks like having rubber to grab, so some folks might need to add some grip-tape if they don’t find the mouse’s matte finish enough to keep their digits from slipping. I guess while I’m talking about the Redragon M811 PRO’s finish I’ll mention a few more things about the mouse’s appearance. I have the white version and no… It’s not a pure white, it’s a slight off-white. You don’t want a pure white on any sort of peripheral! On the topic of colors, the RGB is stupidly bright! This Redragon mouse soundly beats my old Razer peripherals on how vibrant the RGB is. While the glowing lights are beautiful, the software to change it is passable at best. There’s very few options to be had and it is very easy to grab the wrong software, so be careful of that! Oh! Be sure to turn down the brightness level of the RGB down from 4 to 2, you can barely tell a difference visually and it will really increase you battery life without having to entirely give up the pretty lights. Past the hint on the lights I’m not going to mention much about the battery life. Rechargeable batteries quality and lifespan can very quite a bit, even between devices of the same model type. I will say this though this mouse doesn’t have lightning fast charging that’s for sure, fortunately you can still use the mouse with it’s included cable while it’s charging and it being in use doesn’t really effect the charge time much, if at all. Once I’ve had the Redragon M811 PRO awhile longer I’ll consider updating this review. I guess there’s a bit of an in depth review on the “Redragon M811 PRO Wireless MMO Gaming Mouse”. I hope this helps someone, have a pleasant day to whoever bothered reading this far!

4.0 out of 5 starsSo the most important thing for me in a mouse is generally useable buttons. When I say useable I don’t mean just a lot of buttons that work but buttons that are placed in a way that they are convenient to use without contorting your hand or fingers in unnatural ways.Which leads to why I bought this mouse, I have never owned a Red Dragon mouse before, all the mice I’ve owned in the last 20+ years have been the high dollar, brand recognized ones. I’ve had an ASUS Spatha, Corsair Scimitar, Razars, etc. I’m always skeptical about inexpensive mice, not because I like spending a lot of money but generally it means poor quality. I made the exception for this mouse because just looking at it I found the button layout to be almost perfect and definitely superior to literally every mouse I have ever owned. The one change that would make this button layout perfect is if they added town more buttons, the slim ones like the ASUS Spatha has right next to the left mouse click. If this mouse had those additional two buttons I do believe it would have the best mouse button layout that has ever existed on a single mouse. The button layout as is those is very nice, every button is useable without much effort, the 1-4 and forward and back keys are the easiest but I can manage the 5-8 buttons with minimal effort, certain much better than the Corsair Scimitar or similar Razar products with all 12 buttons on the side of the mouse, a horrible design IMO. I gave this product 4 stars instead of five mainly because of the software that you download for it. It functions but I would say it’s pretty bare bones, I also can’t seem to find a way to set it so it doesn’t launch with windows, there doesn’t seem to even be a little cog icon to access any settings at all. It asks you when you first install the software but I can’t seem to find how to change it. I’m sure I could go into the files and find the flag for it in the code but that certainly isn’t user friendly.I did see some reviews on here saying the software wasn’t intuitive and making simple macros or assigning simple functions to keys wasn’t how you would expect. I can say I have not found that to be the case. Again the software certainly is kind of basic from what you might see on the more popular brands but it’s pretty straight forward, I had no issues creating a simple macro or assigning functions to keys for tasks related to gaming. For this amazing price point I would certainly recommend this mouse, I could easily buy three of these for what I paid for my last mouse.

5.0 out of 5 starsI’ve had this mouse for a while now and I honestly can’t find anything negative to say, besides I wish it had wireless charging. Besides that. The side number buttons have proven extremely handy for different keybinds, it’s not so light that it feels cheap but not overly heavy to cause fatigue. I’ve never had this nose die mid game like most other wireless mouse’s I’ve tried I’ve left this mouse on sitting on my desk for days at a time with intermittent gaming in between and never had an issue, when I do decide it needs a charge it doesn’t take long at all to charge. Once I wear this one out I will be purchasing another

5.0 out of 5 starsSatisfied with the product given the price point. It is easy to use, and keys retain their functionality. The only downside so far is the sub-optimal software for programming the mouse. The website is not super user friendly and it is easy to download the incorrect software which will not let you program the keys. Once you get the correct version for your device, the process is relatively smooth.

4.0 out of 5 starsNot sure how to feel about the wings and finger ridges on the right side of the mouse. It’s not for everyone. After using it for a day I have not found a way to conform my hand comfortably to the shape of the mouse. With my claw grip I need to be able to access the forward and backward buttons at all times, but in this configuration my ring finger and pinky end up hanging off the sharp right corners of this mouse. It doesn’t feel comfortable or ergonomic. The mouse isn’t that heavy surprisingly, but I wouldn’t recommend it for FPS.However, buttons, lots of them and the scroll wheel feels very smooth. Your lighting and keybinding settings can be saved to onboard memory and reused across multiple operating systems . Requires windows to run software, no Linux support.I am a casual gamer and I play all the games MMO and FPS with just the mouse , no keyboard. As such I like lots of bottoms, minimal form and lightweight. The best mouse for this so far has been SteelSeries Aeorox 5. The only problem with Aerox 5 is the faulty scroll wheel controller .For an affordable solution with lots of programability options it is a pretty good deal. Just really odd shape. I wish they would trim all the excess flare of this mouse down to more conventional shape, more like Razer products.

1.0 out of 5 starsLike I said it will randomly scroll to the top or bottom of whatever page I’m on. Then it’ll put up a fight when you try to get back to where you were. Also the battery life is too short lasting just a couple of days. The software is garbage. Not one good thing.
Marija –
1.0 out of 5 starsTo use the button macros and control the LEDs, you need software from Redragon’s website. The software doesn’t even recognize the mouse, so all of the main mouse features are not usable. Many other have this same problem. Completely defective product.

4.0 out of 5 starsThis mouse is near perfect. My only complaints are 1. The software is dogwater. 2. You cannot reprogram the numeric buttons. Those buttons are stuck on your 1-8 keys.

5.0 out of 5 starsI have tried several other gaming mice, including very expensive ones like the Corsair and Asus. This mouse works great for large hands the controls sit in an easy to reach position, none are too close to the bottom to realistically be hit by a man hand.

3.0 out of 5 starsI bought this mouse to replace my Logitech G700s and was hopeful being it had a similar amount of buttons. This mouse is awkward to hold with how wide it is. The right side of the mouse does have a shelf to rest you fingers on, but to me it is cumbersome. The battery is great and the buttons are easy to hit, but I just can’t seem to get used to the shape.
