4.0 out of 5 starsI want to start by making clear that this backup battery at 200w wont run demanding appliances, which is what I initially tough having the outlets available. However, The battery is enough for most devices we need power for. easily can charge multiple small devices like cellphones, laptops, even some portable tvs. It will not provide enough power for things like a space heater (I tried that 🙁 )So resuming, with the solar panel you get unlimited energy and it works great for backup power but be mindful of power requirements. 200W max

1.0 out of 5 starsI thought I read good reviews on this solar panel/power for camping. Finally got to try it out. This unit only charges small items, like batteries, tablet or cell phones. What a waste of money. I already have small solar charger for that. Was hoping to use my small appliances–small coffee maker/ hot water pot/ electric skillet. It didn’t do a thing! It took 4 hours to charge my ipad. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

3.0 out of 5 starsThis solar powered generator works but it definitely needs a better instruction manual. This can be charged up using the included solar panels, or you can plug it into a wall and let it charge up. The regular plug in outlets on the generator work great. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the USB-C plug on the generator to work. The instruction manual is very unclear and it doesn’t really tell you how to work this machine.

3.0 out of 5 starsAfter using the Powkey Solar Generator with Panel, I’m inclined to give it a three-star rating. While it boasts a decent capacity of 146Wh/200W and includes a 40W solar panel for charging, I found a few drawbacks worth mentioning.Firstly, while the generator performed adequately for outdoor camping and emergency use, I found that it struggled to power larger devices or appliances for extended periods. Additionally, the charging time for the battery using solar energy was longer than expected, making it less efficient for off-grid use in prolonged situations.Furthermore, while the inclusion of multiple DC/USB/AC outlets is convenient, I noticed that the build quality of the generator and panel could be improved. They felt somewhat flimsy and didn’t inspire full confidence in their durability, especially for rugged outdoor conditions.Overall, the Powkey Solar Generator with Panel serves its purpose for basic power needs in outdoor settings and emergencies, but it falls short in terms of power output and build quality compared to other options on the market.

2.0 out of 5 starsI don’t typically write reviews but I when ordered this I knew that it would be just in case of emergencies and wasn’t anything high end but I went to test it and plugged in my iPad and then a small lamp into the generator and it wouldn’t power or charge at all. The only reason I give this two stars is because the solar panels did work but the generator did not charge or power anything. Don’t waste your money on this product.

5.0 out of 5 starsLove this thing! I wish I would have purchased it sooner! I use it to power the heated blankets I leave in my car for my dogs when I park in cold areas or we are car camping! I plug it into the cigarette outlet that is in the back hatch area of my car and let it charge anytime I’m driving or the car is on and then unplug it from that when my car isn’t on. Holds a charge really well, love the pack it comes in and all the accessories/plugs!

5.0 out of 5 starsReally pleased with this solar panel/generator kit! It’s easy to use, and easy to charge. We’ve used this several times now on camping trips and it’s great for allowing the kids to charge their phones etc, watch videos on their iPads.I love that we can charge the panel off sunlight in just a matter of 2 hours and it lasts such a long time.Definitely recommend this set! It’s well worth the cost

1.0 out of 5 starsIf I could give it 0 stars, I would. Utterly useless. I charged it up before using. Set it up in well house to power a short string of Xmas light for heat. It completely failed. Worked for an hour. I use solar battery on the farm for electric fences successfully so it wasn’t user error.

4.0 out of 5 starsBought this to extend the battery life of my handheld radios. While hunting I usually have a spotter to help me with the stalk. The comms is heavy and we usually drain our radios by day 2 of a 5 day hunt. We have spare batteries but now when we go back to camp we can top off all of our electronics with this nifty solar charger. Only gripe is that it doesn’t have a handle. If it had molle attachments that would be super.

1.0 out of 5 starsI’ve had this charging using the solar panel for a week almost. The blue battery lights indicate 100% charge yet it does not power anything and it shuts off within minutes of plugging anything into it. Planned to use it to power my chicken coop but ended up being a waste of $200. Would not recommend
