So far I love this product everything works well; it’s a really good buy if you want something cheap the only thing I didn’t like was the fact it didn’t work on my monitor also a few scratches but that’s the be expected it’s refurbished

No issues to report. Packaging was awful but the console wasn’t damaged. Booted up fine and is working fine have had it about 3 weeks now games run fine streamed but I haven’t used the disk slot yet.

The product is amazing. I initially have an issue syncing the controller to the ps4, but then I used extra cable that I have. Now that I finally synch, I can now use the cable the pa4 came with.I’ll recommend making sure the usb cable is not just for charging only. Besides that, excellent product

I disliked the way the product was packaged. It had live water bugs in it and also the cord that is used to send electricity to the PS4 didn’t work so I’m very disappointed I was told that this product was examined and that it was good for resale whoever examined this product did not do a very good job I would not recommend or I will not be buying anything refurbished or like new ever again.

After about a month the controller had forward drift issues. I tried taking it apart and cleaning it, which helped a bit, but after a few more months now both joysticks are constantly drifting forward. I’ve finally caved and ordered a new controller. Hoping it doesn’t have the same issues.

Its been five months and the Dualshock4 controller that came with this console has such extreme drift that I can no longer play. I work full time and only game in the evenings so I haven’t logged very many hours playing. I read online that many other PlayStation 4 customers have reported the same issue. What can I do? It has been five months, am I supposed to order a new control? Am I covered by warranty? The consoles paperwork stated that all accessories were new. If this is a factory problem then why isn’t Sony being held accountable for making bad hardware? Brand loyalty? Are people really so committed to the brand that they ignore these real problems?
