So, when I initially received my order, the console was missing from the packaging. I was very upset and puzzled about it. I’m guessing someone maybe stole it from the box but I don’t know for sure. I called and someone sent a replacement for it. I got it last night and it arrived brand new. It works just fine and I’m a lot happier that it was in the box the second time lol. Thank you for correcting the situation!!!! I really appreciate it.

We bought for my son for Xmas and now 4months later it just simply quit charging and how can we figure out if we got the warranty on it or not cause we didn’t get any info for the turquoise lite switch and it’s warranty?

This thing can’t hold a charge for more than a few hours. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong somehow, but it is not holding up. I originally bought this for work trips and long drives in case I didn’t want to read, but sometimes it dies before I can even play it. I have never had a Nintendo device before so some further instructions on that would be nice, but nothing was included.

This switch lite was sent to me with worn down joysticks and skin cells littered through out. DISGUSTING. Buttons have dirt in them. I did not purchase a renewed or even used product. This was listed as New. Thanks Majestic Bombay.Was looking forward to today.

It could be very fun but it only allows one game! And I don’t feel like buying more and more add ons just to have more games that I already have to pay money for. Had it for less than 24hrs and took a month for a refund.

Works perfectly for our little one. She is a gamer girl and was tired of asking to use her brother’s platforms. Now they all can play at the same time. Fits little hands perfectly and holds the games she likes. I like the fact that there are no joy cons for her to lose. Great product for the price.

I got this for my wife because she was having issues with the larger version that has detachable joycons (controllers). She’s pretty rough with it and it didn’t talk long before the joycons started to disconnect in the middle of playing. She would repeatedly detach and reattach them to get them to sync again.This version has a smaller screen, no detachable joycons. It seems more sturdy and less likely to have issues but if it does have issues you can’t just buy a new set of joycons so that is a risk.
