4.0 out of 5 starsI’m beginning to love ❤️ this grill. It has been challenging for me to learn best how to use it for myself, yet I have finally aced any meat I want ❤️❤️❤️ Clean up is simple with exception to inside the top around the “hood”. I don’t want to use cleaners and my hands have difficulty in certain areas. Love the food though ❣️

5.0 out of 5 starsI don’t cook. I’m allergic to cooking. When a recipe says to chop some carrots I’ve already decided it’s easier to throw something in the microwave. I use this mostly for the air fryer, but I have done some baking. It’s easy. Set cooking mode, set temp, set time, start preheat, listen for the ready beep (and watch the digital display), open grill, put food in basket, close grill, wait for the finished beep (or just wait until you hear it shut off).Food is properly cooked. Fries/taters and chicken wings are righteously crispy. Burgers & steak are both juicy and delicious. Best of all, I don’t have to know how to do anything. Great purchase.

5.0 out of 5 starsI very seldom use my oven/stove and have disposed of my deep fryer. I have used every function with great success! The thermometer is a wonderful feature and cooks meat perfectly every time. I will be a lifetime user. Ninja, how about an extensive cookbook.

1.0 out of 5 starsThe flip feature doesn’t work. It never tells me to flip.

4.0 out of 5 starsGrill runs really hot. High seems to char my steak a little more than I like before it gets to medium temps. There’s definitely a learning curve. High is what the book suggested to use when grilling. Really my only complaint is that the temperature probe didn’t work from the beginning. I thought maybe it was a fluke and by time I had figured out it was an actual issue the return window was closed. I didn’t want to return the entire grill anyways, just wanted a replacement part. The temperature probe was the whole point of buying this model so I wasn’t having to constantly monitor the food. This was a major let down…but oh well….first world problems.

4.0 out of 5 starsI love the Ninja but I HATE the included thermometer. I bought a new meat slicer and wanted to try it out on a round beef roast to make deli roast beef. I put the thermometer in and set it at 135 degrees even though medium rare is 145 degrees. I’ve had bad luck with food getting over cooked with the included thermometer before so I thought I’d try to outsmart it. Well, I unfortunately let the beef rest in the closed Ninja for 5 minutes after it was done. I used my other thermometer and it read 155 – 161. Needless to say I was disappointed. I’ve had this unit for over 2 years and I love it. I’ve cooked all kinds of stuff in it using a lot of the options on it. Steak, french fries, chicken, pork – even Pepperidge Farm Apple and Raspberry turnovers. I set the unit for 375 degrees, put the turnovers in and they take 8 – 10 minutes instead of the 20 minutes at 400 degrees as directed on the packaging.I LOVE the unit but I HATE the thermometer. I’ll probably buy a blue tooth thermometer and hopefully that will work better..

5.0 out of 5 starsthe airfryer feature works a little faster than our old fryer that did not last one year. the grill feature with temp/thermometer worked great and best flavor for my steak. Can’t wait to dehydrate. I expect this grill to last for years! would totally recommend. Nice to have cleaning brush that comes with it.

1.0 out of 5 starsI’ve had this grill for almost a year now. I was so excited when it arrived. Unfortunately, I will be giving it away – it is far from smokeless and the thermometer seems to be more of a gimmick. The temperature provided by the grill vs. another meat thermometer is usually wildly apart.Cleaning is an absolute pain. I meticulously clean my grill after each use and use high heat oil for cooking, but it often sets off the smoke alarm when pre-heating. The grill pan is also far from “non-stick.” I’ve followed their guide to a T and have had plenty of ruined salmon for dinner. Not a great product from Ninja!

5.0 out of 5 starsThe one I bought from Amazon used was disgusting so I returned it. I then bought a new one direct from the manufacturer. It is incredible. I haven’t used my outdoor grill or oven since I got it.
The Critic –
2.0 out of 5 starsI purchased one of these when they first debuted a few years ago and another one last week only to find a decrease in overall quality, even for the exact same model number. The latest batch is made with a thinner metal internally that reduces the weight slightly and makes it sound more tinny. The air fry basket no longer comes with handles for easily lifting it out of the bake tray. The convection fan is noisier, operating at a higher pitch and louder volume. And the temperature probe malfunctioned, randomly bouncing between 160F and 30F before giving a “plug in” error message and turning itself off half way through grilling.I’m still a Ninja fan, but not everything they produce is golden. Hopefully the newer model that replaced this one doesn’t skimp on manufacturing quality.

5.0 out of 5 starsA friend recommended this, and I love it! She warned me that the newest version of this is several inches taller than the one I bought, and I’m glad I listened because it would have been too tall for my under the cabinet space. So check the measurements carefully before purchasing!! Amazon’s price was excellent.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis was definitely a great buy. I use it several times a week to bake, steam, grill… you name it. Clean up is easy as 1, 2, 3. This is a kitchen must have. It’s great for children who don’t like to cook too. Or should I say young adults…lol!!!

3.0 out of 5 starsHoping for a good air fryer/grill combo. Grilled a chicken breast & it took 2x longer than it would using a George Foreman.

5.0 out of 5 starsWas staying in a hotel while out of state for a job and got tired of eating at the same restaurants. This worked as advertised. It is a handy and simple to use piece of equipment. I gave it to the desk clerk when i left and she told me that she always wanted one to throw together quick meals for her and her kids. Only down side is cleaning the top inside, kind of a pain but doable.

5.0 out of 5 starsI was going to buy this from Walmart but Amazon had a way better deal! I use this for everything and it works amazing! Wish I would have bought it a long time ago.

3.0 out of 5 starsBuyer beware on purchasing used/good returned items. Apparently, this Ninja air fryer was dropped at minimum once maybe even twice during its handling. I found 2 hairline cracks on the main body. I ended up duct taping the larger crack near the left front corner. Its weight is about 31 pounds with a double box protection. The Ninja air fryer packaging 📦 department needs to redesign their cardboard product protector from accidental drops of 5 feet or more.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis thing is GREAT! It’s so easy to use and easy to clean up. You can do so much with it and make so many great meals with little effort! It’s not too big and fits great on my bakers rack! I highly recommend!!
