Product works great. Was able to sleep well the first night. Wish I had purchased years ago.

They did seem to help alleviate some of my snoring. When I wore them multiple days in a row they rubbed the inside of my nose and gave me sores in my nostril.

Husband says my snoring is now more of a purr, less of a diesel engine 😂

My son has OCD so it’s very hard for him to have thus in his nose but he also have pretty bad asthma and plays football. He said playing football he thinks it will help but he can’t use it just working out. That’s on. Personal level but overall I believe this is a great great product

The small wasn’t long enough to stay in and the medium was too big to go in my nose comfortably. Also, these are not soft and after a short time with the small in, my nose started running.

Finally something that works. I’ve tried breathe strips mouth inserts etc and this is the only thing that has completely stopped my snoring!I’m now dreaming for the first time in years.

My husband and I both noticed a dramatic difference in our sleep quality on the first night using these. His snoring was a lot less and my breathing a lot more. The only critical thing I can say is that I am using the smallest size available and cannot wear it every night. It caused soars in my nose but my husbands fit perfectly. The size above is way too big.

This was not comfortable to sleep with, and my husband said I still snored really loud, so it did not work for me. It kept me awake and flared my nose to much so I kept messing with it. I tried all sizes, just not for me.

These definitely do not work!! Do not waste your money. I wish I could give these zero stars.

Bought these as a more sustainable option to the nasal strips; I knew going into it they’d take some getting used to, and that’s no lie. Putting them in was simple enough, and adjusting the loops was easy. They’re ok at first – to be honest i couldn’t really tell much of a difference. I tried the small and medium sizes; small was too small, medium was too big, even with the loops adjusted. At one point I found it tangled in my hair (head hair, not nose hair…I’m old but haven’t hit the uncontrollable-nasal-or-ear-hair phase yet) so it was either a rough night or it just came dislodged from tossing & turning. I’m also a side-sleeper so it wasn’t super comfortable having something wedged all up in your nostril’s business. I’m glad they work for some folks, but I’ll go back to the strips.

Isn’t uncomfortable, but doesn’t work at all.

It seems odd to insert something like this in your nose. I did not see much benefit but I did get a ridge inside my nose at the lower pert of the septum where this device rests.I stopped using it hoping it goes away

Not my favorite

I read a lot of positive reviews and watched a lot of positive videos on this one and ordered it. What many won’t mention is that if your nose is a little too much curved, this will not work good. It will cause pain and discomfort. I tried different sizes and different “settings” but none worked. For me the nose strip worked like a charm.

Easy to use and effective.

100% absolutely does not work. Not even a little bit. Complete waste. Buyer beware. I’d give negative stars if possible.

Game changer for snoring people.

It worked so good the first night then I got a sore so bad It took 2 night to heal a little all to big
Mikaila –
This is garbage. Doesn’t open your nose, just hurts and is uncomfortable. Just buy the regular breath right strips. Much better

So my graceful self slid into a steel door face first when I was 4 or so, and ever since I’ve had a pretty badly deviated septum (I’m sure the various other clumsy events growing up did not help). It’s always been a nightmare whenever I’m sick/suffering with allergies because my nose immediately gets so stuffed up I can’t even drink water without difficulty. When I was in the military, I had the opportunity to fix my septum (which is also when they found out about the turbinates) but I was warned that my septum would probably go back to being deviated some day. In order to make the surgery last longer, they also took a bit of my cartilage and fashioned it into a permanent breathe right strip of sorts. Even without bone work, that surgery was the worst sinus pressure I ever remember having in my life and I decided then and there I wouldn’t do it again unless I absolutely HAD to. My septum went back to being deviated after a few years, but that perma strip thing kept me happy and breathing comfortably for many more, until about last year.It was getting so bad, back to exactly how I remembered it being growing up. I was at the point where I was seriously considering the surgery I swore I’d never have again. I started researching and found these but hesitated on buying them. Then I got a cold and it was sooooo much worse than it needed to be because of my nasal issues. I am currently sitting here typing this, day 3 of my cold and being congested as hell, size medium Mute in my nose and breathing PERFECTLY out of BOTH nostrils. I seriously might never go without these again.I haven’t slept with it yet so I’ll update this then (hopefully I’ll remember) but even if all this gives me is this moment of comfortable breathing I will consider this a happy purchase. My face hurts at least 50% less right now. THANK YOU!

They arent the most comfortable thing but I can sleep through the night with them and now that I am not snoring so can my girlfriend.

I’ve tried the breath right adhesive strips and couldn’t tolerate them. It felt like my skin was going to rip off when I tried to remove them and they didn’t seem to help much. I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now and according to my sleep app they have significantly reduced the amount and level of sound of my snoring. They feel a little weird at first but they do an amazing job of opening the nostrils, I can’t believe the difference! Definitely worth the cost!

It sticks

They eventually fall out but it does work🙏🏼

These stay put better than cone design I have used in past. Would recommend this product

It does what it says it’s supposed to do, but it quickly became painful. I bought these because I thought they might be more discreet than my breatheright strips that I need to wear 24/7, but they’re really not suitable for day-to-day wear. At night, they fall out (tried all the settings on all the sizes). For glasses wearers, depending on where your glasses sit, it might create an uncomfortable pinch point. I found my glasses actually pushed the dilator down enough that it easily fell out of my nose. They might be good for nighttime use, but at that point I would just use a breatheright strip. I really desperately wanted to like them but unfortunately they’re not a good fit for my schnoz.Though, I’ll provide my million dollar shark tank pitch here. Bedazzle the outside part and make a faux septum ring. And make the inserts more comfortable. I’d buy that in a heartbeat.

I’ve used this for about a week and it didn’t work at all. I still woke my wife up with my snoring. The trial pack is great because it allows you to find your fit. The medium worked for me after adjusting the tabs. The instructions are fairly easy to understand with the pictures. They didn’t feel uncomfortable when using but they did make my nose run for some reason and on one occasion, I woke up with it out of my nose some how. Not sure if I pulled it out while I was sleeping or maybe it was pulled out some other way but it was odd because it is really snug in my nose. For the price, its worth a try but unfortunately I will need to find another solution for my snoring.

Great product this really helped my snoring habits! There can be some discomfort with this product, but does the job and does it well!

Out of the 4 nasal dilators (Zquiet&Hale-decent, Ebreathing-junk) I’ve tried this is the best. I have a set of the yellow “athletic” and the clear ones and I go between using the medium and large. Very easy to install, I like to run some water over them and shake off prior to installing which makes them easy to slide into position. I slowly wiggle them out and wash them off every morning. I’ve been using my originals for months now and it is amazing to be able to actually be able to breath out of my nose. I do fell if they could go with the shape of the Zquiet or Hale but with the adjustable stents they’d have an even better product.
