1.0 out of 5 starsNot one single seed even germinated out of 5 packs of dozens of seeds. Tried following their instructions as well as instructions for horticulture and arborist sites. An and outside of a temperature and light controlled growing environment. Not even a hint of growth.

1.0 out of 5 starsI got this as a gift for Mother’s Day about two years ago. I followed every direction to the letter, even looking up extra germination techniques and stratifying some in case that would help. I split the seeds into groups to see if I could get them to sprout using different techniques with no success at all. Wisteria especially take a long time to grow, but I would’ve thought by now I’d have at least some tiny saplings if the seeds were viable. Really really disappointing!

3.0 out of 5 starsThe kit is great for getting started. I managed to get the acacia and black pine to sprout but the others did not. I’m still waiting on the japenese maple and cherry blossom which I don’t think will. My wisteria molded. Out of the ones who started I only have 2 acacia remaining and the black pine look half dead however they are still rooted in the soil so im hopeful they are just unhappy. Really bummed as I was trying for the cherry blossom and maple. Also look up how to start the seeds. I tried 3 or 4 different methods per tree type. Some worked better than others. I have no idea why my cherry blossom and maple won’t sprout

5.0 out of 5 starsI followed the instructions for the Sakura and soaked the seeds for 2 days. Started with 5 seeds. Planted in moist soil in a Makeshift greenhouse (plastic wrap). It sprouted after only a week and I half. Great buy. Will update as time goes by

2.0 out of 5 starsPlanted the seeds back in September and they haven’t done anything. Very disappointed.

2.0 out of 5 starsFirst off this is not my first rodeo with seeds in general, I start a lot of my garden from seed every year. I followed the directions exactly. This annoyed my wife to no end, little bowls of water and seeds all over the kitchen counter for days and days. I had one seed successfully germinate. I planted all of them. I used the little pots provided and then used a flat of seedling cells to plant the rest and only one came up.I left 2 stars because it’s a decent set of beginner pots and tools for seeing if you want to dive in for real. After doing a lot of research while I was waiting for my seeds to sprout I found that seeds are not recommended for beginners as even if you can get them to sprout it takes years before you can do anything with them. In the future I will be out taking saplings from the woods or air laying from friends and family.Beginner beware.

1.0 out of 5 starsDon’t waste your money. I followed the directions to a T and not a single seed ever sprouted instead the molded or crumbled and just attracted bugs.
