1.0 out of 5 starsI spent hundreds of dollars in on something that doesnt work. The super flimsy usbc solar cable broke the very first time i tried to plug it in. I was completely off grid for a week and my plans sure changed with my ability to stay charged. With all the hype, i thought i could rely on jackery. I contacted customer service and they dont me they didnt have the part in stock but would ship it out later when it came in. Is that because theres so many broken ones? Wow. So.. after hundreds of dollars.. i will just wait i guess. I have a youtube channel and was going to advertise this without any paid promotion. Guess that’ll change.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis is my first experience with anything that charges by solar. I tried out every feature and I successfully charged it via the outlet as well as the solar panel. As an added bonus, there is an app to download that connects to the unit through wireless or Bluetooth and let you know exactly what’s happening with it.

5.0 out of 5 starsBrought with me to car camp for april 8 2024 total eclipse. I use this to charge my nintendo switch, laptop, and samsung s21 ultra. Before the total eclipse, I was charging the generator using the included 40w solar panel on the roof of my car and it said it was getting 22w of incoming power. It super charges my phone using usb c and a 100w cable. To be honest, the battery did not go under 90% so I think this is too much battery for a single person so if you have multiple people this should be enough for 2-4 people. I am very thankful for this little fellow. I use a cooler bag to transport the panel, cables, and generator around and claim it is just cans of ginger ale inside so nobody steals it.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis little thing really packs a punch fir being so small. Can run my cooler fridge fir 14.5hrs on a single charge. Solar panel is nice, can pull 35 watts in full sun. I would prefer a 100 watt but this works too.

3.0 out of 5 starsI’ve used it a couple of times and was surprised how fast the battery was draining. I bought it for small devices that doesn’t take up too much watts but in 5 minutes the battery already went down 15%.

5.0 out of 5 starsHave a bigger one for bigger back up. This one is light enough for me to easily carry around, great quality. Love the solar panel. Compact and easy to use.

2.0 out of 5 starsI bought the device after watching reviews. Initially I was pleased with the charging capabilities. But I soon realize that cables provide for solar panels did not fit the portable station after following the instructions. It was only compatible with the lower wattage power stations. Meaning you need to buy additional cable, which did not fit and were only compatible with certain model lines up. But the cable I bought was the only one available at the time of the purchases. The manufacturer did not test whether or not, the cables fit or not nor did they show care that they did verify all of these cables were correct. Honestly you are better off buying the one without solar panels because the potentiality that there’s no replacement cables/adaptors are available should your device breaks down. Big waste of money/time had to return/return it.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis is my second Jackery. I have the previous model. Explorer 300 and I love that one. I like the longer battery life on this model and the solar panel is a plus. I did not like that the 12v/car port doesn’t have a cover like the 300 explorer.Other than that, I love to take these camping or for emergencies.

5.0 out of 5 starsThe only bad thing, the 40W panel is slow. But aside from that, the function of the battery pack is great. Easy, simple directions, very user friendly. I’ll for sure get more Jackery panels and batteries, maybe even a whole home backup. Got this little one on sale to test the quality. Very pleased overall.

4.0 out of 5 starsThis compact rechargeable electricity source is an excellent item to take along on a road trip. It is also an excellent item to have around in the event of a power outage. Not all that big but will be enough to help in most situations. It is well built solid product.

1.0 out of 5 starsI tried this first on an overcast day and got no charge from solar. So i waited over a week to be home while we had some cloud breaks. With panels aimed at sun and between clouds no Solar charge. This is the only reason i tried the Jackery. Bad first Solar experience.

4.0 out of 5 starsExactly what I was looking for in a solar generator for camping. Took the Jackery 300 plus on a two day winter camping trip to power my diesel heater in my tent and it worked perfectly. I Recommend getting the 100w solar panel over the 40w.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis unit powered life-saving medical devices during the power outages of 2024 and 2025. My family would not have survived without this and the solar panel. It helped to have the 100w panel to recharge quicker on some days when we really needed to use more power from this, but the 40w panel is better for carrying in a backpack for on-foot treks. If the world ever recovers I bet every family will have a jackery instead of a tv from now on.

4.0 out of 5 starsIts such a good unit that the fact they switched to the usb c port 4 solar charging? Which is flimsy and kind of loose fitting? It’s basically a tragedy or something that they did this. 😕
