5.0 out of 5 starsThe iHealth blood pressure monitor absolutely delivers as advertised/promised. The immediate blue tooth connection every time you measure your blood pressure makes it so easy to record the readings via the app and via Apple Health. Forwarding readings to your physician – a piece of cake. Need to append a note – easy peasy. This wireless device lets you monitor your heart rate and BP while you walk/exercise. I enjoy the untethered feature almost as much as the fast and solid Bluetooth connectivity. Works seamlessly with an iPhone. Worth every penny!

4.0 out of 5 starsWorks as advertised, not as compact as qcardio but definitely comparable.

4.0 out of 5 starsI was looking for a BP monitor that syncs with Google Fit and this one does through the iHealth app. This info isn’t mentioned at all on the iHealth website and their support told me Google Fit syncing isn’t supported which was a wrong answer. So the support and documentation for the product could be better. Results are accurate though. It’s inline with 2 other cuff BP monitors I used for comparison (Omron and Balance Health)

2.0 out of 5 starsThe design is simple…PLUS no wires. It connects to phone apps to record data. The CON is that the readings were unreliable and often ended in error.

3.0 out of 5 starsThe BP Monitor itself is great, easy to use, read, and sync with Apple Health. However, when I did finally get around to synching my data, there were previous BP readings from as far back as December 2022, ready to be synched. The problem is, I bought this in April 2024 thinking it was a new unit, and there was no mention or labeling on the page that it was a refurb unit. Highly disappointed that iHealth would sell a used unit as new, and didn’t even bother to clear the unit of any previous data.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis is a great device. It works well, and it’s very accurate. I guess the only slight disappointment I had is that it doesn’t seam with Apple fitness programs that track blood pressure etc. it appears that iHome wants to sell their scale and other devices and that they will all work outside your iWatch etc which already tracks these things (minus blood pressure readings). This being said….the blood pressure device will operate real well independently and I’m glad that I bought it.

5.0 out of 5 starsI like the ability of having access to my readings and being able to export the data for history. Good for sharing with my doctor.

1.0 out of 5 starsBought this March 9th and less than 2 months later it’s not reading accurately. Gives readings of 180/110 then 132/79. We didn’t use this product everyday so not sure why it stopped working. Return window closed, waste of $60 paid for it.

3.0 out of 5 starsPros: Accurate and attractive with nice displayCons: arm band is very large and difficult to work with. Control is not obvious as it’s merged with the unit making it attractive but who cares? It’s a blood pressure monitor.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis blood pressure cuff is extremely easy to use. I like that I can record either 1 reading or 3 readings. It is also important to me that it syncs with Apple Health and I can view the history in the app. It also allows you to share the history for 30 days, 90 days, all results or custom via csv, xls or pdf format.

1.0 out of 5 starsI had no issues with this product until the battery became unchargeable after two months of regular use. For the cost I had paid, I was not intending for this to be a temporary 2-month product.

Will Swigart –
5.0 out of 5 starsI can’t comment on the devic/s accuracy as I have nothing else to compare it to. It did seem in line with what my BP was at one doctor appointment.

5.0 out of 5 starsIt is quick and easy to use. Only negative, I guess would be, I wish you could use it independently from smart phone.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis blood pressure cuff is a game changer. It’s great for keeping track of your daily BP and allows you to upload to send to your doctor. I liked it so much I got one for my dad too.

1.0 out of 5 starsI took my blood pressure and it read 195/84. I started to really panic as this is in the stroke/heart attack range! I waited about 2 minutes and took my blood pressure again. It was 130/87 even in my panicked state. That reading was about normal for me. There’s no way my blood pressure dropped by that much so quickly. The wild inaccuracy of this device can be dangerous.
