The power cord that comes with this projector is not good at all. What is the point of getting a projector if the power cord does not fit properly it the socket. Very disappointed with the purchase, as I am not able to use it

Projector worked fine – until it didn’t. After contacting seller with details of problem, they provided very good customer service and sent a new unit as replacement, much faster than I expected (within one week). We’ve had no issues since, and I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness in taking care of the issue.

Realmente es un artículo que no recomiendo. Desde el cable adaptador para el teléfono que debes comprar. Segundo si quieres ver Netflix debes comprar un adaptador especial que cuesta alMenos 40$. Las bocinas además debes comprar… perdida de tiempo y dinero! Lo tengo amontonado con el otro montón de cosas que tuve que comprar para poder usarloLamentablemente Amazon no reconoce la devolución por el tiempo que ha transcurrido.

I’m giving this two stars only because I think I received a unit with issues. The concept is great and based on other reviews, I really think mine just has some glitches…though there are two USB ports, the settings only allows connection through HDMI, audio and legacy ports…USB doesn’t even come up on the menu. I tried multiple cords, types of cords and three different devices (all of which more than meet OS requirements) put nothing could connect with the projector. See onscreen photo attached: no option to connect with USB. But the other connections didn’t work either and customer service line was unavailable was closed for the weekend when I tried to call for help. I really hope it’s just a lemon and I will return and try again with another unit.Or brand.

I project it on my wall with no screen or anything and it looks great. Connects to my blue tooth speaker so sound is better. Easy to use and hook up.

so the image quality is amazing, like impressive for this price, better than I pricier one I tried, however, the knob for the keystone adjustment while it angles the screen it totally distorts the image on the side you are inclining, so it does not work at all, therefore you can only project straight ahead, or slightly angled if you don’t mind having the edges blur and the angle 📐 on the sides. So if you have the space to project straight then this is an amazing purchase. I have to angle it because of my room so it does blur the bottom of the image or subtitles if you have them on.

The first time using it, I used it with my fire stick and it works great ! I tried using my phone I couldn’t get it to connect but didn’t try too much, I soon plugged in my fire stick and it works great !! 💯After awhile I will give an update and let you know how it does long term

Keep getting this error and I just got the projector, I’ve tried everything to connect to my iPhone15 fully updated and an iPhone 14 fully updated, even tried a MacBook. Not sure what else to do getting super frustrated.

The description on Amazon says “Bluetooth” and “compatible with smartphone”, however when I read the instructions inside of the box, it states it CANNOT connect to a smartphone. If I’d known this, I would NOT have purchased this product. That was the main reason I chose this one.

I read nowhere that I needed an adapter to link and view my phone. Now I’ve got another useless electronic in my bedroom because I can’t afford to get an adapter till some time next week! Wtf Amazon?!

I got my order yesterday and literally spent hours trying to fix the view. Whatever it projects shows sideways not the correct view. I couldn’t figure it out after hours so I’m guessing mine was defective I’m not sure. I’m returning!

Can’t really see in daylight so needs to be dark. Easy to adjust and has a great picture for the price. I wanted for GKids to swim and watch a movie. Need to purchase the adapter if you want to watch from phone or IPad. Does have 2 HDMI ports so can connect a DVD. Sound is adequate but I use Bluetooth and connect to my Bose speaker. I enjoy watching sports events outside, It is well worth the money.

I had issues with this projector when I first got it bc I couldn’t get the quality of the picture to look great. But this company has excellent customer service. One of their reps, Kyle, took the time to email me back and forth and help me troubleshoot/find resolution. I also recommend their newer model that has wifi and Bluetooth.

this is my first time purchasing a projector but I was very pleased with how well it works. It a bit on the larger size but much smaller than an office size projector. It’s perfect for bedroom hometheatre or living room setup bear in mind to put it somewhere high enough to project on wall.

I’m returning this product. The power cord included is loose and will not stay in the port. The USB port neither works with a USB drive nor when connected to my computer with a USB cable. The HDMI port works and is the only way I can connect a device. On a positive note, the projector offers a very large projection.

can’t say anything about picture quality or sound, can’t get the machine to play anything. Put in fire stick and all that comes up is the black screen and the word amazon.Options for display are grayed out and not adjustable.Tried attaching tablet and phone and only got “no signal” (used HDMI cord provided)
