5.0 out of 5 starsLIKED THE ABILITY TO RECORD FOR HOURS YOUR O2 LEVEL AND HEART RATE. WAS ABLE TO TELL I PROBABLY HAD SLEEP APNEA. GOOD TOOL IF YOU ARE HAVING INTERMITENT PROBLEMS! VERY GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY!
Abqana –
4.0 out of 5 starsIt seems to work well. I like the app report shows all of the dips and changes in oxygen saturation and heart rate. Downside is batteries last 3 nights so if you want to use it for long periods you will use a lot of batteries. Also if you are restless sleeper it sometimes comes off so you may not capture all of the data you need. I was hoping to use it for long term but if it is going to come off it is not useful.

5.0 out of 5 starsThe oximeter is still working great and I am keeping track of my daily readings. Ever since I had Covid my oxygen levels went way down and I use the oximeter to measure my daily changes. I live at a high altitude and it makes quite a difference from when I am at lower altitudes. When I am above 96 I seem to feel fine, but when the readings are below that I am fatigued. So, the Emay is a great tool for that. I mainly use it during the day and not at night, but it works great for that.
JEFF WOODS –
5.0 out of 5 starsSo far so good! I really like the fact that it bluetooths to my Iphone and automatically loads in to my health app. It has 40 hours of memory so I have been using to trend my levels during 6-8 hours of sleep along with intermittent level checks throughout the day

1.0 out of 5 starsLooks easy and impressive but didn’t work
Umito –
5.0 out of 5 starsThe device does what it says, though I have yet to calculate its results against another monitor. The app is very straightforward and does an excellent job of capturing the historical data.

4.0 out of 5 starsThis little device is great for monitoring oxygen and heart rate levels. I use it during sleep as I have mild sleep apnea. It doesn’t fit tight around my finger so I put a piece of painter’s tape around it and it works just fine. Very handy item!
Ruger Shooter –
5.0 out of 5 starsI bought this monitor to check my blood oxygen level. I used the one on my smart watch and noticed a drop in readings during the night. This monitor uses my smart phone and records the levels all night. I used a piece or tape to keep it on my finger all night, but after the first night I found that I did not need it. The readings show that I do not have low blood oxygen at night and I can now sleep with no worry. It is easy to use and I take a reading when I feel it is necessary. Good meter to have and the price means you can own one yourself. I would buy again and I recommend it for those who wonder about blood oxhgen.

1.0 out of 5 starsWell that was disappointing, battery springs broke and too late to return.
S. Boyko –
1.0 out of 5 starsThe first day I used my pulse oximeter, it was great. However, thereafter, it won’t turn on until I take the batteries out and put them back in. Every day! Yesterday was my sixth day using it and it did not record my data. The recording light was on all night and even in the morning, then it said it was downloading data, but there’s nothing on the app. Very frustrating.
Sylvia –
4.0 out of 5 starsThis device works well but eats batteries like you wouldn’t believe.
Comms Guru –
2.0 out of 5 starsI was going to give this product 5 stars, but I have to drop it to 2 stars due to a privacy issue. When I installed the app on the phone, it asked for my e-mail so it can send reports from the phone to the PC. I received an e-mail from EMAY asking for feedback. (See image) They harvested my e-mail from the app and may harvest other data. I cannot recommend this product. Oh, and the batteries only last 3 nights.
JD –
5.0 out of 5 starsThe app is great. All the doctors loved the report it generates. Wear it while sleeping and do your own sleep study.
H. Sullivan –
5.0 out of 5 starsThis device is easy to use and provides accurate readings compared to other monitoring devices. It gave me the data I needed to ask for a sleep study and monitor my progress. Highly recommend.
CJT –
5.0 out of 5 starsI purchased and returned more oximeters on Amazon than I’d like to admit to. But, this one finally included the two important features all the others seemed to be missing. First and very importantly, you can use it any time and it will save the readings and upload them LATER when you open the app you download. All other oximeters I found had to have the app open while using the Oximeter was being used if you wanted the data to be transferred. Secondly, the data properly syncs to my Apple health app which is important to me but maybe not everyone. The only downside I’ve found to this Oximeter is that it uses batteries rather than being rechargeable but I will just use rechargeable batteries.
Charles S. –
5.0 out of 5 starsI use this for my asthma/ copd can keep the numbers were my doctor wants them and the app works great no complaints at all

5.0 out of 5 starsGreat device..works exactly as stated…very important accompaniment to your cpap machine.Great value for money!
duramax –
5.0 out of 5 starsThis monitor worked great, was easy to download the app. Then the following day was super easy to download and scroll through the nights data… Was easier to use than the Healthcare provided one for the sleep study..Actually bought it to double check on the high dollar sensor the study provider used… Same results….
oceaneng –
3.0 out of 5 starsI used it several nights and it works as advertised to measure and record blood ox and pulse rate. But how do you keep this on your finger at night? i tried glove, tapes, never got past 3 or 4 hours, sometimes just 1 or 2. Sure wish it came with some kind of clever pouch with strings or some such to keep it on your finger during sleep. So while is certainly works for instantaneous readings, using it to get that information for a full night’s sleep does not seem possible.
Maurice R.Smith –
5.0 out of 5 starsI have sleep apnea and wanted to be sure my equipment was working well for me. I was especially curious about my O2 levels. This device records all night long, easily connects to a phone app, and then you can print a report to show your doctor. Perfect.
Todd S –
5.0 out of 5 starsVery small, seems accurate. It also downloads data very quickly
Ken –
5.0 out of 5 starsI haven’t had the device long enough to say whether battery life is adequate, and I have no comparison for determining the accuracy. But from my experience so far, its meeting my needs.
SCOTT REID –
5.0 out of 5 starsI absolutely love the integration between the Oximeter and my phone.
James D. –
4.0 out of 5 starsI am satisfied with the monitor. The only issue I have is that the batteries die fast. It records every second – so if you are having to record for more than 2 days-have plenty of replacements on hand. Other than that great product for the price.
Charlie Parker –
1.0 out of 5 starsInaccurate. Shows O2Sat of 91-93 when actual is 96-97. that could send you to the ER unnecessarily. The Emay app supports viewing a detailed, second by second, screen of the entire recording session. It only allows exporting a summary report that excludes the details. Doctors want details. The app only allows exporting the details in a non-standard CSV format which is useless to most people other than programmers. Other pulse oximeters can export in SPO2 format which can be read by other applications to generate a detailed report. I asked Emay support for help in this issue and got no reply.
Rob Hirsbrunner –
5.0 out of 5 starsWorks well, app provides good level of detail. Very happy with the purchase.
Paul Pandolfini –
4.0 out of 5 starsFits well. Gives good detailed reports for pulse and oxygen levels.

5.0 out of 5 starsI was diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea but was not ready to commit to CPAP or a custom fit oral device until I could trial different options and know what was a good path going forward. This pulse oximeter is simple easy to use, silent, and cordless. Simply upload the reading the next day and you can review your blood oxygenation index or export it to your doctor using the EMAY app. Highly recommended!
Kindle Customer –
1.0 out of 5 starsSince this is an overnight pulse oximeter, it is vital that the probe stays on your finger all night. However, the bulky profile of this probe makes that nearly impossible. I woke up multiple times throughout the night to find the probe had fallen off due to normal movements during sleep. I suppose you could duct tape it to your finger, but that seems a bit excessive.
