It was great while it worked, which wasn’t for long. Stopped working just past the 30 day return window. The AP to track results was nice, so I was bummed.

This worked okay for a few weeks, after that I could get no readings. I had an inquiry from someone who worked for the supplier, but they never answered either of my emails.Avoid.

I am extremely pleased by this device. For the price, i expected some problems, but i’ve had none in the first two sleeps. It stays on my finger firmly while not hurting me (and my body is very sensitive). I got both sets of data without issue and they show what i expected, so now i have proof for my doctor. The graphs are complicated for the layman but contain all the infor you need to figure them out and contain all the info the doc might want.I know this company makes better devices with more features, but this one gets the job done just fine.My only complaint is that i wish i could shut off the screen on the device. It is bright and wastes battery by being on all night. But so far 9.5/10

I think this brand is the best… my first purchase was erratic.. wasn’t close to my overnight sleep study. This company is fantastic.. replaced it and worked perfectly then experienced inaccuracies per my MD. Was refunded but will go to a more expensive model of same mfg …

Excellent Value. Works as advertised tracking heart rate and PO2. Integration with the android ap was without a hitch. I purchased this as a way of tracking treatments of my sleep apnea (laser and minor surgery in my case) although this is not marketed as such and I’m absolutely making no medical recommendations. Tracking episodes of PO2 below 90% and heart rate changes overnight was made easy by the bluetooth connection to the android app on my phone. If I could make one request, it would be to add a counter for the episodes below the designated alert level. That would save having to scroll and manually count through the recording. Thanks

I have 9 finger pulse oximeters. I’ve had some of them for 8 or 9 years. I’ve compared many of them to the ones the doctor uses in the office. This one has some nice features, like the display in the app, but the O2 reading is unreliable. Sometimes it’s touches on the correct reading – on its way to somewhere else. Don’t waste your money.

We missed the return window. The batteries do not last very long in this product. I don’t know if it was just the one we had or if it’s a common issue.

This EMAY Product (EMO-60) is not reliable. I followed the instructions included with the product and the troubleshooting instructions provided on the Amazon website. Neither resolved the issue with the product, so I asked Amazon for a replacement, which they promptly provided. The second EMAY60, also, did not work reliably. Most of the time it would provide no readings for oxygen or pulse, although every once in a while it would work.I wrote the manufacturer asking them if they could help me understand how to make this device work reliably but, as of this date, I have not heard back from them.I understand that these types of devices often have problems with people with darker skin, but my skin is quite light.Further, more expensive oximeter models provided by EMAY are able to record my oxygen level and pulse. I presume that the problems with this model are due to cheaper components being used in its construction. In any event, I do not recommend the purchase of this device as it will not reliably record oxygen and pulse readings. Note that the Bluetooth function works well, but since there are no data to record, it is completely useless to me. I would recommend looking for a better quality item from a different manufacturer.
Not worth it –
I bought the device for my son. Who keeps having tactic cardiac and i’m oxygen problem period the only problem is when you connect it to your phone when you’re trying to get the start reading , it takes a while while it starts communicating

Got this to use in conjunction with my new CPAP machine to make sure I wasn’t having issues with my mask. Worked great for two nights. Next day I noticed it was dead but didn’t plan to use it that night anyway. When I started to use it 4 days later put in new batteries and it won’t even turn on. Waste of money.
T&C Garcia –
The one I got was just like the other reviews I saw where it was wired wrong and wouldn’t even turn on. It showed the batteries were supposed to go opposite ways but it was wired for the to lay the same direction. I turned the batteries around in all different ways and the device would not turn on.

I am not a medical professional but after years of juggling doctors and a history of being asymptomatic, I am aware that I fall into the “high risk” category for many conditions and will journal them for my doctor. As an asthmatic who prefers to use telehealth, I have a small collection of medical equipment. I bought this oximeter because it syncs with an app that will allow me to export reports to my doctor. I tested its calibration against two other oximeters in the house, It accurately pulled my pulse-ox as 96, and after a couple of failed attempts it synced the readings with the app that I installed on my phone. The app allows me to program multiple profiles, so I can use it on other members of my household. An Oximeter should never be used as the only thing to base respiratory assessments on, you should also trust your body, but it is incredibly helpful when you only see the doctor every six months and want to illustrate patterns that you are trying to explain.

This, and other oximeters do not follow the battery standard of spring end for Negative and button for Positive. Insert according to the outline in the battery case, and the oximeter will work. Follow your instincts as so many commenters have, and it will not work.
John Osterholtz –
Sending it back obviously not working correctly. Shows blood ox 94 then seconds later 80, then seconds later 88. Just not reliable thus not useable.

Very inaccurate !Do not purchase

I had purchased this to monitor my O2 saturation since I was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. I was looking for something I could use with my phone to record my daily vital signs. I also looked for customer reviews and purchases and this one checked the blocks for what I was looking for. After a few weeks of use the product would not work consistently and I would have to press the button a few times to get it to work, even after changing the batteries. I’m not sure if this issue will worsen over time but I would spend a little more for something more reliable if I could do it over again.

Literally doesn’t work.
Nunca cargo la batería y la escala de lectura es deficiente –
Muy buena App

All looked good. Everything was included. But I noticed the batteries diagram indicated they are to be inserted in opposite directions. But the wire springs were both at the bottom, which usually mean the batteries would be inserted negative against the wire and positive at top. So, there was no way to put the batteries in that would make the device work. So I’m returning it because it’s defective in manufacturing.

I love this where I can see the app on my phone and print paper out and show Dr that my heart does speed up and stops in my sleep and happens while awake.
Amber Hollenback –
This works great!! I’ve used other pulse Oximeters and they’re sub-par compared to this one. I love that it comes with an app and records as well. I have sleep apnea and I use the app to check my levels throughout the whole night. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

I’d like this unit because it is an Emay product. It has Bluetooth technology which you’re able to download some real professional readings when you’re done and share it with your doctor. Good job Emay, You did it again!
