1.0 out of 5 starsNo music. Only a light to help you breathe. But you can do that on your own with counting.

1.0 out of 5 starsI’ve been plagued with insomnia for several years (I wake up in the middle of the night, my mind races, and I can’t fall back to sleep for hours at a time). I tried several different remedies, including this one. I’ve used this device for several weeks, but my sleep hasn’t improved.I would recommend trying something different like “CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia).

1.0 out of 5 starsDon’t bother.

3.0 out of 5 starsI ordered this on the basis of a recommendation from my granddaughter. I found the rhythm of the dimming to be too fast for my preference for “slow breathing.” Although it gets good reviews from others, I did not find it to be effective for me.

1.0 out of 5 starsEven if the light weren’t blue and even if it was bright enough to be fully visible on my low ceiling and even if sixty dollars were not crazy expensive for what this does, it would be useless. No improvement in getting to sleep, no improvement in anything. Another waste of money for something I need actual help with.

5.0 out of 5 starsI love this sleep light. I have been asleep every time before it shuts off. I love it!

1.0 out of 5 starsBought as a gift for my husband. It didn’t work for him. He really tried but didn’t have any success. I would love to know if anyone who purchased had a positive result

5.0 out of 5 starsI was skeptical about purchasing this but am very glad I did. I get to sleep very easily with this. I think concentrating on the light keeps my mind from wandering to things that could keep me awake. If you are undecided about this, give it a try.

1.0 out of 5 starsI gave this product away because the instructions were too complicated

1.0 out of 5 starsThe device was clean, well packaged, and well marketed…it just didn’t do anything at all for my sleep. Firest the dimming and brightening of the LED’s seems out of sync with normal breathing because their should be some brief pause between inhaling and exhaling. Secondly, the design of the device shines the LED on the ceiling…meaning that you need to lay on your back to see it. I sleep on my side sop forcing myself into a back sleeping position to see the light was actually preventing me from going to sleep. Third, before returning the device, I tried adapting it to sleeping on my side by shining it on the wall. This wasn’t working because the device is round and just rolls out of position. Additionally, I didn’t really like that there is no reset to turn the device off. On one occasion, I got a call after triggering the device, but once you start the timer, the only option that I saw to start over was to wait for it to go off by itself. The positive thing I can say is that the refund was prompt.

3.0 out of 5 starsMy spouse has Parkinson’s, which raises havoc with sleep cycles. It doesn’t work for her. I occasionally have more typical insomnia and it does work for me some of the time. If you have real neurological issues causing insomnia this may not work for you.

1.0 out of 5 starsNot what I thought it was, you can count sheep too, lights do not distract the mind for most

3.0 out of 5 starsI have a hard time sleeping because of the chatter in my brain. This product does not put you to sleep, but it calms your brain down so eventually you can sleep.
Amazon Customer –
2.0 out of 5 starsNot sure if this is going to work for me so far it hasn’t help me get to sleep
Vincent Fiore –
2.0 out of 5 starsThis is not worth the money. It’s essentially a blinking light, and the premise is based on keeping your eyes open to watch it. Not worth it. Much better meditations available even on YouTube and apps on phone
Dennis Helcher –
1.0 out of 5 starsAll this does is project a blue light on the ceiling, I could do this with my phone. I would not recommend this to anyone. Waste of money.
Robert Jessup –
1.0 out of 5 starsexpensive LED, no sound
Jo Campbell –
1.0 out of 5 starsthe lights are distinct enought to tell when to start and stop your breathing. it made my anxiety worse.
Carol Lloyd –
3.0 out of 5 starsI got this for my son who has trouble sleeping. He said the light was so dim, he could hardly see it and his bedroom is very dark
Amazon Customer –
3.0 out of 5 starsIt is not reliable

1.0 out of 5 starsI was hoping it would work
Tris N. Thomson –
1.0 out of 5 starsIn theory this device sounds like a GREAT idea. However in practice, I find that the whole premise is flawed. Others may or may not agree – But when I am relaxing and ready to fall asleep, I DO NOT lay in bed with my eyes open. This device requires that your eyes remain open as you are trying to fall asleep. I believe it would be far more practical if it could have been designed as an audio device of some sort instead of a visual device.

5.0 out of 5 starsNice for the dowdow

3.0 out of 5 starsI returned it as it didn’t work for me. The pause between equations and inhalation was too short to be comfortable.
Unhappy –
1.0 out of 5 starsUsed at first. Didn’t seem to work for me
R. Freed –
1.0 out of 5 starsNothing earth shattering about this. It just projects a slow fade in/fade out light against the ceiling. I sleep on my side so it was only directly visible out of the corner of my eye. My husband however, would get a clear view of it when he was on his back and it would wake him up.
Ann Marie –
1.0 out of 5 starsOMG this piece of crap is an ongoing hell. Amazon kept the money.
Row Row –
1.0 out of 5 starsThe plastic is so cheap on the back I couldn’t even get the back off to put in batteries! What a waste of money!
Amazon Customer –
5.0 out of 5 starsI was doubtful, but this product really does help me go to sleep. I never even get through the short cycle before I am peacefully snoozing.
