3.0 out of 5 starsUPDATE: Seller is promising to remedy the problems of waterlines being too short to reach the pump and the fixture missing from connecting the pump to the water lines. They contacted me immediately after my bad review and have contacted Amazon to issue a refund. If they follow through with what they say, I will edit this again. Please note this is still a very small item, which canโt be fixed.PREVIOUS: OMG i expected sooo much more. For one, itโs about half the size that it looks like – they must have used miniature plants in the photos. I put my glasses on one photo so you can see the size. I was still going to use, since itโs always a pain to ship things back – but I canโt even fit the water line into the pump. The pump they show on the product assembly has a stalk to fit a hose over, the one they sent me does not, and they were even skimpy on their rubber water lines, they are cut too short to reach the pump, and the the drain pipe barely reaches into the water basin. One little bump and it surely come out and ruin your floor. Overall, probably $15 in plastic parts, and probably the same in lights. Iโm so sadโฆ.:(

5.0 out of 5 starsWe purchased this as a gift for mom who loves to garden, but outside is becoming more of a challenge with weather, bending over, insects, etc. We LOVE it! It has been exciting for us all to watch the growth progress in the last month since install. Mom has gradually been adding more seeds, and this week we were able to start clipping the butter lettuce to add to salads. We love using fresh herbs in cooking and grilling, and mom even planted some cherry tomatoes that seem to be growing very well. We are now thinking of adding additional units for other veggies that would normally be grown outdoors. The lettuce tastes great and it is a wonderful feeling knowing it is growing in a healthy environment. We are sure to watch the pump, and to keep the water level up, but that has been very easy. If we go out of town for a week, we are not worried!

5.0 out of 5 starsMy veggies started growing in 2 days, the blue light that emits seems to make my dogs love sunbathing especially since we havenโt had sun in 16 days so far. I love having fresh veggies in my kitchen and will be able to cut lettuce leaves and beans from my indoor garden. I literally set up the timer and lights and leave it alone.

4.0 out of 5 starsArrived early (thank you Amazon), I opened it & put it together. Material wise it appears durable, as far as the wheels not so sure. Lights included appears adequate for this set up however, lights are not dimmable (what you see is what you get.) I will update for 2024!

My only problem which is a large one. Is that the pump is not strong enough to lift the water to the top tank. I sent a message to the seller and I am awaiting their response.
