If you are ever in a position where you need some extra power while away from your typical sources then try this. It works! Or if you wanna do something to help the environment then Solar power is a great start!

1.0 out of 5 starsI fully charged this via USB the first time and plugged in my daughter’s Moto G6 (older phone) and left it overnight. The phone said it was “turbo charging”. It started off at 35% and by the morning is was at 54%.The next day I left it in the window to charge in the sun for an entire day (a very sunny day) and plugged in my old Pixel 4a. It charged it a grand total of 5% before being out of juice. I even left it in the window during the charge.I just don’t see how this could possibly be useful, even if it does manage to get charged by the sun, even on a full charge, it cannot even charge a phone.

I am speaking truth., My landlord in the condo community where I live. Stated, I had to run my cameras through battery and not running wires outside that were actually attached to power from inside., So ultimately I was trying to find something that not only had a solar power charger but a USB out the would steadily continuously charge as my cameras. Do not have a battery built-in. After mounting the.Portable solar power charger end my camera. Everything just worked. The portable charger came charged and I. Pretty much just mounted it facing where the sun would hit a good bit of the day., For anyone looking for a solution to hook up a solar power to their security camera. Set up, this is definitely a solution.

But the whole reason I bought it was so we can charge it outside with the solar charger. The solar portion does not work at all. I even got a replacement thinking it was a faulty product, but the second one doesn’t work as well. Disappointed because I wanted to love it!

I bought this thinking it would be nice for camping or long hikes when electricity was not available but I would be afraid to rely on it for these situations. I put the charger in direct sunlight for 2 days straight and it did not charge at all. One green light only. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.
