When opened the console, cables, and controller were loose in the original box but without packing materials. The HDMI port was visibly fractured, and while the console itself was powered on it is unusable and I believe the damage to the port existed before the item was shipped. A terrible experience.Mariko: The Anjin is displeased with his video game machine and the people who sold it to him.

1.0 out of 5 starsDo not buy this product! I unfortunately was suckered by the deal of a game and $50 less than a PS5 without a game. Although I don’t remember reading this was a refurbished system, it seems apparent it was. I spent 6 hours over the course of 3 days trying to get this system to work. When I was finally able to get the system connected to the wifi, I was unable to register the drive as the wifi had to be manually reconnected at startup every time. I finally gave up and returned the product and purchased a different PS5. This new system connected seamlessly in a few minutes. The final slap in the face is the refund from the original machine takes 6 weeks. Learn from my mistake “Buyer Beware”.

It did not come in a playstation box, the cords were zipped tied together, the ps5 itself had no protective stickering to remove. I don’t mind used items, I do mind not being told up front. For the price of the bundle I could’ve purchased it elsewhere, used is used doesn’t matter how little it was used, this should be discounted from the price and also listed in the specs so the comsumer can make their own decisions.
