5.0 out of 5 starsGave very accurate reads and tells you what what type of rhythm your heart is in.
Reaper –
1.0 out of 5 starsNot accurate heart rate jumps up and down big numbers like 75 to 115

2.0 out of 5 starsI love it, when it wants to work. It takes a few attempts for it to not jump around making you start over otherwise it will give you a false reading.

5.0 out of 5 starsThe device was easy to set up/pair with my device and simple as pie to use. The device identified an arrhythmia I’d long suspected I have. I’m going to my cardiologist today to get a formal diagnosis and go over treatment options.

5.0 out of 5 starsReviewed several different models, companies, usage, etc. Started with Kardia because of TV commercials, but when we found you have to spend $9.95 with Kardia each month for usage, looked at other ECG monitors. This Emay 6 lead had good reviews with the only concern being when in use, the person had to be absolutely “unmoving” for 30 seconds. With my husband’s Afib, and the first usage, it was “right on the money” and my usage was “normal”. More expensive than Kardia, but can be hooked up to computer with USB cable or cell phone with no additional costs per month. Recommend and easy to use.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis compact, easy to use, 6-lead ECG monitor was easy to pair with my iPhone and takes accurate and detailed readings. Each reading is recorded and stored in the APP. The information can also be shared with Apple Health for easy tracking. And no subscription is required making this monitor a cost efficient answer to more expensive options for ECG monitoring. One additional feature that is helpful is the ability to add separate users in the APP. Both my wife and I have separate profiles enabling us to individually track readings and recordings. The EMAY 6L ECG is the cost effective and accurate answer to home ECG.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis works great. Setup was very easy, including connections to both cellphone and PC. I found it very easy to use and love the fact that it does not require my cellphone for a basic display.

5.0 out of 5 starsI already own two other portable ECG devices that I order 2 years ago and 1 year ago.Neither are the “famous” advertised brand – because I knew people that had that companies products. When I saw this was capable of 6 lead readings, I was very excited. I have had issue with my heart for a number of years, and only going to see the doctor every “n” months, means they are not around to observe intermittent issues. There is another “famous” company that makes a 6 lead product, both of these seem to have some out since I last looked. My decision on ordering the EMAY versus the “the other one”, in particular:1. No subscription to get all features.2. No cellphone REQUIRED to use.3. PC and cellphone interface for downloading and studying data.It was quickly delivered and works like a champ. Unlike some device, the bluetooth wireless connection worked find first time – although later I learned that if you have it in setup mode, it will not connect.Have it at the record screen and then it works quickly. You can review data on the device, the cellphone screen, the computer screen, or email/etc from the cellphone or print/pdf from the computer. Hard to ask for more than that. So easy to get a copy for your cardiologist. And the files are so small, I can keep them on my computer for later comparison. The filter is quick good for getting out noise.I do advise getting some “electrode gel” – available at fitness stores, etc. This helps with dry skin to get a good contact. The diagnosis part seems to work well on at least the conditions I have (MUCH better than the prior units).Besides PVC’s, PAC’s, I am sometimes in Atypical Atrial Flutter. This is an unusual condition – which only shows up in some people after heart surgery. But it is easy to distinguish that on the graph once you know what to look for. The unit diagnoses it as Atrial Fibrillation – which it looks quite a bit like.I have attached an example of my flutter. My wife’s ECG looks like text book.I had to scan the printout ! because Amazon does not accept PDF attachments!

5.0 out of 5 starsThis is my second purchase of EMAY ECG home devices. I bought the 1 lead ECG five years ago and its still working great! I recently noticed that EMAY now has a 6 lead device so I went ahead and made the purchase. I am very happy with the upgraded device and it is a great addition to my home medical supplies! I would recommend this ECG device to anyone rather you have a heart rhythm problem or not.

5.0 out of 5 starsHave used the device for several weeks now during which I started to take a heart medicine to slow my heartbeat due to A/fib.Compared to holster results and an EKG done at KAISER, the device accurately picks up multiple heart anomalies in both two thumb mode and multi lead mode which gives improved diagnostics.Standalone function is great. Also downloaded the app and that works quite well with the device.Note that the app is free without a subscription, which other companies sneak in and you get charged without realizing. This company does not fall for those tactics and makes an excellent product.Highly recommended.in addition, they reached out to me to see if I was happy with the purchase, showing a very high-level of customer care and seeking feedback. This prompted me to leave this review.

5.0 out of 5 starsI felt irregular heart beats checking my pulse, and this device notified me of some possible conditions. I took it to my doctors and I thought he might be dismissive since it’s not a medical grade ecg, but he was super impressed and said it helped tremendously! I brought the device and recent print out and he studied them for about 5 minutes and I was referred to a cardiologist! I bought this on their site, the 6 lead blue one. Very easy to use and appears very accurate if you remain still. Highly recommend if you’re concerned or experiencing heart issues.

3.0 out of 5 starsMaybe its the way its suppose to be , but I find it too damn sensitive… i’m practically afraid to breath or it jumps into crazy pulse readings

5.0 out of 5 starsHad a Kardia unit (2 years) but always had problems connecting to the iPhone. Then purchased this unit and it is self-contained so no need for the phone and the readings can be downloaded. It has both finger and finger plus knee settings and allows you to save many readings in the unit and download them when you want.

5.0 out of 5 starsEMAY EMG-6L portable ECG monitor is very easy in use, provides accurate and clear feedback. The user manual is written in simple language to be easy understandable. We compared the monitor feedback for two persons: one with heart disease and the second with the healthy heart. The results were obvious correct. I highly recommend this portable monitor.

5.0 out of 5 starsI am delighted with this monitor! I have an intermittent heart problem and this device keeps a record of 100 EKG’s which I can share with my doctor if necessary. And so easy and convenient to use.

5.0 out of 5 starsGreat product along with excellent instructions on how to use it. Extremely easy to set-up and use. This can be a life saving device – I plan to set-up a baseline of data and then monitor for change(s) over time. My objective is to be proactive in monitoring my health and to take EARLY action, if and when required, so I can get up-front medical treatment and avoid more serious consequences down the road. Also, I must mention that the support and fast response times provide by Nick at EMAY was EXCELLENT!!!

5.0 out of 5 starsI bought EMAY because I read the reviews about Cardia Mobile and they require that you pay an extra $99 a year otherwise the device is worthless, this is what made my mind up, with EMAY you buy the device and you can use it without any other fees and after using it a few times I can say that I really like it and plus if you buy it you also get 50% off on the case, it also comes fully charged so you can use it right out of the box there is also an app for your phone, but you can see your readings on the device.I highly recommend this it’s worth buying if you have any heart issues, I didn’t have any until I had a heart attack in June of 23.

5.0 out of 5 starsMy brother-in-law recently had a sudden and unexpected spell of ventricular tachycardia. He had all the tests, was found to have four heart blockages and was scheduled for a quadruple bypass, but they ended up only doing a triple bypass.I trust that they know what they’re about, however, that un-repaired blockage is concerning to this non-medical family. So, I got him this very cool little gadget to keep an eye on things. Without it, he tended to be hyper focused on what his heart was doing. With it, when he feels concerned, he just takes a moment to see that nothing is amiss and goes on with his day. It’s very reassuring. This is certainly the most perfect gift I’ve ever purchased.

5.0 out of 5 starsI was extremely impressed to discover that my EMAY 6L Portable ECG Monitor was delivered fully charged and ready to use. Soon after receiving my monitor in the mail I was able to record what I had been feeling for weeks. The instructions are very easy to follow. The app is very informative and I appreciate that no monthly subscription is required. This monitor gives me such peace of mind; I can record what I’m feeling and present all of my recordings to my doctor.

5.0 out of 5 starsI bought this to keep my cardiologist honest (he is!). My wife took the 6L for a spin and found something she was not aware of. Gonna let a friend who has heart weirdnesses try it as well. I very satisfied.

5.0 out of 5 starsI tried one of those credit card sized instruments. Could not get a good reading no matter what I did. I like the EMAY because I don’t have to be connected to anything! It works every time!

5.0 out of 5 starsCompact device, very easy to use.Sometimes the bases line is noisy but you can improve it by cleaning your body surfaces that are used for contact ( Thigh and both thumbs )Press only lightly and stay still.Connecting to iPhone is very easy.Haven’t tried to connect to the desk top as yet.It is great for picking up rhythm disorders. It can pick up ischemia as well as some heart attacks. Management I am sure is working on getting us a device which would have the capability of recording all 12 leads.Price is modest.I love it.

5.0 out of 5 starsI have the original Emay and when I saw that they had a 6 lead one I decided to buy it and give it a try. My parents have atrial fibrillation but I can only use on my Mom since my Dad has a pacemaker. I have to do the 12 lead ECG annually because my doctor thinks I should because of my parents. It’s nice to be able to do a test as a check. This is very easy to use and can be connected to either your phone or your PC. My previous one connected to the PC only, with this I can connect both via PC or phone which is very handy. To test you hold down the power button on the front side of the unit for about a few seconds until it comes on then you place your left thumb over the left pad and your right thumb over the right pad which consists of two pads and rest the bottom of the unit on the skin of your left knee. The manual says if your skin is too dry you should dampen it, and also warns that it might not work well if you are too hairy.I rested my thumbs on the unit and rested the unit on my left knee and in 30 seconds it gave a reading with no abnormalities. I’m going to connect it to my phone next. The only thing I’m not sure about is if it can be connected to more than one phone.

5.0 out of 5 starsSo glad my husband got this for me and glad he ordered in a timely manner because now I see Amazon is sold out. The machine is simple to use and accurate. I recently started having heart issues but haven’t been fully diagnosed. I began to feel unwell and grabbed for the machine. The machine caught an abnormality that was missed a few days previously by hospital monitoring. I will be sending to my doctor. Hope these are back in stock soon and available to others.
