1.0 out of 5 starsSo I tried using the software to transfer files to be printed and they can’t transfer the file. It can’t read outside files and it can’t do anything with any files whatsoever to turn them into g code. I had to convince my wife to allow me to get this and now I get to hear about my paperweight until we can get it to work. Sad days ahead for me.24hrs later: it now will not read a card after only having the card inserted only a few times. It was inserted the correct way and it was reading yesterday. Well crap I can’t even reprint budda anymore.

1.0 out of 5 starsI own an Elegoo Neptune 4 and it works very well. I needed to add a second 3d Printer in another location and I ordered a Neptune 4 Pro. I am very proficient at setup and usage of 3d printers and this device went together flawlessly. Unfortunately the first large print failed half way through with very apparent print head problems. After shutdown the print head could not even be reloaded with new “Elegoo” PLA. Completely stopped up. I contacted Elegoo with no response except a couple form emails. No apparent methods to contact Elegoo. I do not recommend this company for customer service.

5.0 out of 5 starsFully assembled in an hour and simply put, it works and works well. I’ve printed approximately 10 pla prints so far, all multiple hours and its printed perfectly every time. Preheat, do the auto bed level check, set Z height and press print. It’s that simple. I like the removable and washable bed too.

5.0 out of 5 starsHad some concerns about buying this one due to video reviews. I had taken a leap of faith buying this and was very pleased with my decision. Have been nonstop printing with this machine for two weeks now. Self leveling lets go of any stress about first layers. The size of the build makes it awesome to print life sized pieces.

1.0 out of 5 starsHonestly this was not a bad printer, but by the time I fixed one issues I was faced with another. I would recommend you just do what everyone else says and get a bamboo….. I have already sunk close to 85 dollars in replacement parts under 2 months.

5.0 out of 5 starsI am a beginner and have printed 12 articulated dragons and shark. So far, I have had no problems with the printer and quality of the prints have been good.

4.0 out of 5 starsEs muy buena impresora, pero la configuración de la primera capa es muy complicada, no tiene perfil en Prusaslicer y al imprimir modelos cercanos a los 265mm de altura, el cable se estrella con el paral superior y vibra mucho.

5.0 out of 5 starsI bought this to prototype enclosures for Arduino projects I was designing. I ended up getting side tracked for 3 months printing all sorts of things and gifting them to coworkers. This is my first 3D printer, but it’s been great. It prints very fast, high quality. I’ve had to replace a couple parts (my oopsie), and the extruder and build plate are inexpensive and easy to replace.I’ve prototyped parts for work (brackets, mounts, etc), and they’ve come out remarkably accurate. I’ve used it to make drill hole templates, very accurate.I’ve put this thing through the wringer for 4 months, and it’s still running great. The learning curve was smoother than I expected.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis was such an easy printer to set up as someone who knew nothing about 3D printing. So far I’ve already printed an entire helmet and chest plate and have had no issues! 10/10 recommend

2.0 out of 5 starsThe bad: I had to disassemble the bottom in order to get to the board because the z motor wasn’t working. Turned out the connector was unconnected and the pins were bent severely. Also, the board has a ton of glue connecting pieces to the board… UPDATE: Added to the bad. There has been a plethora of random small problems through the first two weeks of printing. From the nozzle not being fully attached leading to huge blobbing inside the silicone sock, to the board just deciding that moving up the Z axis when trying to clean the nozzle between test prints is just too much to ask so i have to reboot it to get that controller to work againThe good: after repairing it the setup was fairly easy! The small tablet controller is very intuitive and easy to use. Firmware is a little annoying to update but nothing too bad.

5.0 out of 5 starsGreat Durability! I need to learn more about 3D printing. I had trouble transferring images to SD card. Works great using USB Cord!

4.0 out of 5 starsThis printer does well if you know how to troubleshoot when something goes a stray. It runs klipper that you can modify. Pats are well made. If you are looking for a printer that is plug and play this may not be for you. If you are willing to adjust it and tune it then it does grate

1.0 out of 5 starsWe were having great success printing several things. Then the SD card stopped working. Everything we read online says not to format the SD card. So now we have an unusable Printer after less than 24 hours of use.
