4.0 out of 5 starsI’ve been using this sleep mask for over a month now every night. Overall I’m pretty happy with it.Pros: comfortable, uses Bluetooth, easy to use, can play ALL NIGHT and doesn’t hurt the inside of my ears like my ear buds did.Cons: not very adjustable for smaller heads, sometimes the charger cable doesn’t seeem to be charging the mask. Don’t know if it’s a problem with the cord, the port or the light 🤷🏼♀️I have chronic insomnia and am a light sleeper…with a husband that snores and a dog that’s afraid of storms. When I am wearing this mask I can choose whatever I want to drown out my hubby and dog. I even slept through a storm when my dog was whining and crying and woke my husband up (nice change since I’m usually the one who hears every little sound).😂 I can’t verify if the sound choices in the mask are good or even work. I would recommend this product.

3.0 out of 5 starsWhile I would give 5 stars to the comfort of this excellently designed sleep mask, I have one big problem with the white noise unit and that is the weak volume capabilities. It seems that there is only one Chinese company making the white noise module for all such masks as they all function in similar if not identical manners based on the unit installed in the mask. For example, the early versions had 8 sounds and the module was inserted behind the outer mask cover with the “buttons” presented as embroidered symbols. The next version provides 38 sounds and the unit is placed on the outside of the mask as a black module with actual buttons. Unfortunately this version, while it adds Bluetooth phone answering functionality, the white noise unit doesn’t produce enough sound volume and the sound tracks have an audible gap in the loop. This is unlike the early version which had no loop gaps and had high enough volume to be heard by someone near to you. Maybe the next version can solve these and other buyer mentioned issues.

4.0 out of 5 starsThis is the 3rd type of sleep headphones I’ve tried and they are my favorite by a long shot. I gave them a 4 star because I’m a side sleeper and the headphones hurt my ears after a while. I wish they had a little more padding there. But other than that they are 5 star. They do a great job blocking lights. Are comfortable to wear (minus the ear padding issue). And I love that they have a timer (helps the battery last longer) and I love the built in sleep sounds (ocean, storm, fire, etc).

4.0 out of 5 starsI really like the fit of this sleep mask, It fits just right on my head and allows space around your eye for comfort. The bluetooth headphones are in the right spot for the sound to work well. Nice selection of white noise to enjoy while sleeping. This would be a good gift for someone.

5.0 out of 5 starsThe combination of sleep headphones with a white noise mask is a game-changer. The 38 soothing sounds provide a relaxing atmosphere for sleep, and the mask’s light-blocking design ensures uninterrupted rest. The long battery life and comfortable fit make it ideal for every sleeper.

4.0 out of 5 starsThis is one of the best white noise sleep masks I have tried. It is really comfortable to wear and blocks out all light. The straps are easy to adjust and I found that it stayed on well throughout a night of sleep. When I turned it on, it defaulted to bluetooth. I tried out music and was really impressed with the sound quality. It took a few minutes to figure out how to turn on the white noise which I thought was just okay. I will probably use the bluetooth feature to turn on white noise from my music app. Overall, I was really impressed with this mask and would recommend it.

4.0 out of 5 starsIf you sleep mostly on your back, this wouldn’t be too bad. Sleeping on your side for any significant period of time can get a bit uncomfortable around your ears due to the speakers. I suspected that might be an issue, and it is if you’re sleeping on your side too long, but it’s not awful. Overall, the speaker quality is moderate. The mask itself is relatively comfortable in general, and it’s made decently, but it’s not anything earth shattering. Overall, it’s not going to rock your world, but it will work if this checks off all the boxes for you and don’t sleep on your side the entire night.

2.0 out of 5 starsThese are pretty comfortable to wear but, you can’t truly listen to white noise on these unless you use bluetooth and get an app for it. I didn’t want to have to pay for an app as well. The white noise these refer to is nature sounds… birds chirping, water flowing etc. not the white noise I was hoping for, it’s actually kind of distracting to me. I might be returning these if I find something else better. I returned and didn’t get a full refund.

3.0 out of 5 starsI tried this mask because I wanted more built-in sounds rather than having to rely on connecting to a phone. A Bluetooth connection to fall asleep is easy enough, but I need white noise more to fall back to sleep, and futzing with my phone in the middle of the night defeats the purpose. The first sleep mask I tried defaulted to the built in sounds of which there were only 4 with 30 second loops with pauses at the end of loop. They were unusable to me, so it had to be Bluetooth. I bought this mask because it has 38 built-in sounds. However this one defaults to Bluetooth on start up. A long press of one of the buttons brings you to the built in sounds mode which is where the real problem begins. It takes a long press to cycle to the next sound, which given 38 options, can take too long, especially if you have to repeat the process if you wake up after it has timed out. To make matters worse very few of the sounds are actually soothing. (Can anyone really fall asleep to the sound of someone tramping in the snow, or to the sound of a heartbeat? Even at a very low volume the hearbeat still sounds like it’s out of a Edger Allen Poe novel. Many of the more annoying sounds I can’t even describe). I did find a couple I like, but they are many presses in from the default start-up. Again, not something you want to be doing when you are trying to fall back asleep. If, on re-start it defaulted to the last sound you played, I would give it 4 stars. If it got rid of some of the novelty sounds and added more true white noise variants, I’d give it 5 stars.

5.0 out of 5 starsI really enjoy this sleep mask…..really gives you a much better sleep. It comes with sounds that you can choose from to help you relax. It is big enough to fit most heads, and is adjustable. Fits snugly but is not painful.I recommend this if you want something to help you relax and sleep better.

3.0 out of 5 starsThere’s a lot to like about this sleep mask but there’s some negatives too. First, the sound is great but the fit on me is not good and is a uncomfortable. When I try to get the speakers over my ears or near my ears I have to slide the back strap down low near my neck and slide the nose portion up a little otherwise the nose piece presses on my nostrils so it’s harder to breathe and uncomfortable. There’s so many choices of white noise, which is nice, but you have to cycle through them all to find one you like or to get back to the one you like. The mask does block out all light if you have it set on your face well and is soft. The controls are awkward to use when you have the mask on your face and you have to remember which button does what and which side of the control board the button you want is on because it’s opposite when you’re holding the mask than when you’re wearing it. This mask is not comfortable enough to sleep in at all for me, especially if you want to lay on your side. I feel this mask is more suited for laying back and listening to music when you just want to relax but not so good as a sleep mask.

4.0 out of 5 starsThis sleep mask does a good job blocking out light and does a pretty good job of helping me sleep. I am not a huge fan of the ear covers as they are not very comfortable. The eye part of the eye mask is pretty comfortable and I did not feel any pressure on my eyes. I did feel some pressure on my nose but was able to alleviate that by moving the mask around.

5.0 out of 5 starsThese are a great way to block out the light and sound around me when traveling in the car. They are so comfortable and the sound is great.

3.0 out of 5 starsThis sleep mask is very comfortable to wear and blocks light completely. The speakers have good quality sound. I like that the buttons are easy to feel by placement to determine which one I want, but dislike how complicated they are. If you double-press a button it does something different than a single press, and different than if you hold it down. If you don’t use the mask regularly you will need to refer to the instructions each time. The big issue for me is the white noise selection. It has 38 sounds, some of which are repetitive or just weird (footsteps? a herd of cows?). If I want to listen to the 10th sound selection, I turn on the unit, then press the timer button for 1.5 seconds, which takes me to the first sound. Then I press it again for 1.5 seconds which starts the next sound. Then again, and again, and again. I finally get to the sound I want to listen to, and it’s all good, until I turn off the unit. Then I have to repeat the entire process to get back to the selected sound. It doesn’t default to the last selected sound, and there’s no way to skip to the sound you want other than repeatedly pressing and holding the timer button to go through them one by one. I’d much rather have a smaller selection of white noise. Also most of the sounds have a lot of tone and pitch changes, such as jungle sounds, cats meowing, underwater sounds, lullabies, and so on. There isn’t a lot of ‘brown noise’ or ‘white noise’ or ‘fan noise’ options. If I just wanted this for music on my phone I’d give it 5 stars, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are wanting it for the white noise.

4.0 out of 5 starsI love this Bluetooth headphone white noise sleep mask. It’s very comfortable, the material is soft, and the mask can easily be adjusted on the back. The setting up was easy, and the sound is clear. I enjoy hearing white noise to help me fall asleep easily, but my husband is not fond of the noise. And this mask solves that issue. My only con is that there is not a lot of selection for the white noise sounds.
