5.0 out of 5 starsI’ve had this watch for a little over a year now and I have zero complications. I run ragnar relays with a team. My teammates all have Apple and Garmin watches, which required constant recharging. This past weekend we did a 150 mile race. I left my house at 7AM Friday, ran a 5 mile leg at 6PM, a 6 mile leg at 3AM Saturday morning and my last 4 mile leg at 11AM Saturday. I keep my watch on all the battery draining settings like 1 min heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring. I just got home at 6AM Monday morning and was down to 2%! I was shocked it didn’t die. My teammates had to charge their watches at least once from Friday morning to Saturday afternoon, the Apple folks charged between each leg!Not to mention how easy it is to download and use GPX files for routes. The Garmin folks couldn’t seem to figure out how to add it to their watches. Mine was very simpIe. I just can’t get over this watch. Also PAI > counting steps… according to my cardiologist! Since I started tracking my PAI, I’ve managed to lose and maintain weightloss so much easier. Just Google the Norwegian University of Science PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) cohort study for a better understanding of how it works.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis watch is the absolute best. I have owned several Samsung Galaxy watches and they can’t even come close to the quality and features that the Amazfit GTS4 offers. I am an avid treadmill runner at two to three miles every day. The exercise function on this watch is incredible. If you are someone who wants the most information from your workouts as I do, this is the perfect watch for that. So many other features that high end watches don’t offer at higher prices. Can’t say enough good things about this watch. I have the black and gold models. Don’t hesitate to buy!

4.0 out of 5 starsGood, but not as accurate as Apple watches or Huawei. I used this for one week and then bought the much better Huawei GT 4. This one is now collecting dust in my closet

5.0 out of 5 starsI purchased this watch in December2023. After the latest update for Alexa on the watch I have no sound for Alexa or phone calls. After some research I found that several others are complaining about the same issue. The updat has some kind of bug. Once this issue is resolved I will change my review to 5Stars. Seller….please get this issue resolved with Amazfit. It’s not fair to leave people like this after spending$169.00 to $200.00 for a watch that does not function properly. UPDATE! As promised I have changed my review to 5 stars. Got up this morning, turned on my watch and all of a sudden Alexa and Phone calls are both working. Could have been a update that took place last night; I don’t know. I’m happy now and like my watch alot. I recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a quality smart watch at reasonable price. It functions as well as the the big name brands at fraction of the cost.👍

1.0 out of 5 starsBeautiful watch, screen, HR and GPS are accurate.I bought this watch for the phone function and I can’t get it to work. It’s very frustrating that the watch doesn’t come with a detailed manual or a forum you can ask questions.

4.0 out of 5 starsSome bugs that need to be worked out but the features are far more advanced than my Fitbit Sense 2. As a senior citizen, the pro’s outweigh the cons and I choose it over my Fitbit Sense. The major issues, for me, is that Amazfit does not count steps unless you are actively swinging your arms and does not recognize that you are standing or walking and will send notifications that you NEED to stand or walk. NOTE: I first received the Amazfit Active. The plastic base and band holders made the watch look cheap. I returned it and purchased the Amazfit GTS 4 in Autumn Brown.Pro’s:• Setup was simple. I recommend watching the video on the Amazfit site before you start.• It stays connected to my phone without dropping, even when I’m not close to my phone. I left my phone inside the house and was able to make a call, from my Amazfit watch, while I was outside.• I can make phone calls from the watch as well as receive calls and text. At my age, I view this as a safety feature! Programing my contact phone numbers into the watch was also simple.• It has a voice feature that activates with wrist movement. Great tool if your arms are full. Example: Say “Open Phone” and it will open the phone app without you physically touching the screen.• I can view all my stats without ever opening the phone app. I was also able to setup my preference for the stats that I wanted to see.• Connected to Amazon Alexa without a problem, once I added my Alexa logon/password, so I can ask questions as needed rather than opening my phone to Google.• 24-hour monitoring allows me to check my major health concerns real time.• The GTS 4 in Autumn Brown is beautiful! The band itself has watch band connection bars. I had to replace 2 Fitbit Sense 2’s in less that a year because they came unhooked, fell and cracked the screens. The hook and loop, only on the Autumn Brown, has metal adjusters that are easy to adjust and will not fall off even if it comes unhooked.• The battery life is amazing and replacement chargers, for travel or backup, are cheap.• It has many, many more features than I have not tried out.Con’s:• The step count is a MAJOR flaw! It only works if you swing your arm while walking. It will not count around the house/work steps or any steps that do not include swinging your arms while stepping. If your arms are full, carrying a tray, a purse, bags, walking with a cane, pushing a cart, ect …IT WILL NOT COUNT THE STEPS. I spent a few hours shopping and had several thousand steps. Amazfit only showed 82 steps because I was pushing a buggy and/or carrying my purse and not swinging my arms.• Another flaw, I was constantly receiving notifications to stand or walk while I actually was standing or walking. I turned off the notifications so I would not receive the inaccurate information.• The GTS 4 is missing the Readiness Score that was part of the much cheaper Amazfit Active.• It does not have a fall detection feature.• There isn’t a direct contact number for Customer Service.

5.0 out of 5 starsI was going to purchase the Apple Watch, since all my other tech gadgets are from Apple. But, I’m really hard on watches, so I’ve been putting it off. Then, I saw this watch on sale and jumped on it! I’ve never been more impressed. It’s just the right size. It looks like an Apple Watch (if that matters?). It synchs with my iPhone, my security cameras, my iMessage, all of the apps that send notifications to my phone. And, the battery lasts a week! I have to charge my wife’s Apple Watch every night!! Plus, this watch cost me half the cost of the Apple model. I couldn’t be happier, so far. On a scale of 1-10, it’s an 11.

5.0 out of 5 starsThis is my second fitness watch, and it replaced a Fitbit Charge 5. I have been using it for over a month now, and I have to say that I really like it. I know it can do bluetooth calls, but I haven’t used that feature yet. I have really enjoyed the sleep data, the heart rate data, and the fun, encouraging reminders to stand up each hour during the work day. My fitbit watch offered this feature also, but for some reason, on this watch, it is encouraging and fun, whereas the Fitbit reminders were annoying, and I eventually turned them off. I also love the free watch faces that you can download through the Zepp app, even fun holiday ones! It’s like having a new watch each day.

5.0 out of 5 starsI got the white! Tracker trimmed in gold! Very stylish – too many times to mention where people thought it was the famous brand! I love it – tracks all kinds of things – you will not regret this purchase!

1.0 out of 5 starsVery pretty watch with a great display, but when I compared fitness features with other (much) less expensive smartwatches. I concluded it was overvalued. I contacted the company with a connection issue and its response was troubling. Read on.When I can find a $50 watch (Zolalam) with the same display (AMOLED), and 2 more fitness features than this watch: blood pressure and body temperature (acceptably accurate as well,) plus similar other features, and that it has its own limited OS/app store — not WearOS — made it an easy decision to return the GTS4. That alone would have resulted in a 3 star review.I don’t give 1 star reviews lightly or carelessly as some do. Inexplicably, Amazfit blocks the use of its Zepp app when accessed through a Virtual Private Network. I use a VPN for my internet use, only to be able to watch sporting events overseas. (It’s set-up through my router which affects all connections, for those who wish to know.) I pay for both the VPN and the sports subscription. I’m not a privacy freak nor a free-loader.When I questioned the company twice why it blocks the VPN, I received a disingenuous and dismissive response. I responded for further clarification and got the same boiler plate reply. It is the lack of transparency and game playing which matters more to me than blocking the app. It raises a cautionary flag about privacy — consider the number of permissions you need to give to use the app. There is no reason it should block VPN use for the app, it doesn’t for its website — think about that. It’s the first APK (Android) I’ve ever had blocked.I don’t accept its response and the lack of transparency –exacerbated by its overly slick marketing which makes me even more skeptical — which is why I’ve given it a 1-star review.Caveat emptor.

5.0 out of 5 starsA lot better than some more expensive watches. Takes a little time to learn how to use through the app. Once you’ve set up and gone through the process you are ready to go. Much better than the simple exercise watches
