Such a bummer, because they’re affordable, identifiable, and seem great but I can’t order again knowing that it might not make it my destination.

3.0 out of 5 starsThe cable ring on this luggage tag is too big and can get caught up and knocked around during baggage handling. It also can loosen and fall off. I used these tags for several international trips with multiple plane changes. On one of my bags the tag was mangled and stuck under the bag’s handle. It’s silicone so it was still intact. But the deal breaker was when the cable worked itself loose during a flight and fell off. Luckily my suitcase had a slide-out ID card in addition to the tag.
